I had a connecting door to the next room and everynoise was heard and made my visit miserable. Next time it has not to have this type of door connecting rooms |

Great value for a winter break. Brilliant location. Very helpful staff - we had a problem with our door lock on arrival and it was fixed witin 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Needs a bit of general maintenance - loose handles and erratic shower temperature. |

Excellent customer service, location, surroundings, facilities, access to transports, beach, port and shops.Did not have a meal in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on the food ot service; No lift to the upstairs appartments |

The hotel area is very noisy, both during the day and evenings. The pool was very, very dirty and it doesn't seem to be cleaned very often. At 9 am all the sun beds by the pool are reserved, even though there is not a single person there and the hotel doesn't do anything about it. The cleaning of the apartment was lousy. |

Der er utrolig meget larm på hotellet. Når man befinder sig på værelset/lejligheden, kan man høre naboen gå i bad etc. Det er ikke ok! Når folk er på gangene larmer det enormt og man bliver vækket af larm! |

Ett bra hotell som ligger centralt i Alcudia, nära till strand och restauranger. Vi var där andra veckan i juni och upplevde det då som lugnt läge. Vi hade rum mot innergård och pool. Poolområdet var trevligt men kanske lite för många solbäddar med avseednde på områdets storlek. |

Nærhet til strand, fint bassengområde. Bad og kjøkken i leilighetene bærer preg av slitasje, feks rust i kjøleskap. |

el precio y la ubicación del hotel , pues está cerca para ver la zona norte de la isla . Las camas son cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. que olía mal los desagues del baño , pero sólo fue el primer día . |

Er is veel te doen in en rondom het hotel. Leuke plek. Prima restaurant. Slechte bedden, deze waren erg hard en na 4 nachten voelden we toch echt wel onze heupen. 's ochtends was er redelijk wat lawaai. |

Op goede ligging van centrum, zee en strand. Appartementgebouwen, niet hoger dan 3 etage, wat ons zeer goed bevalt. Mooi zwembad en prachtige tuin met palmbomen. Ontzettend leuke en aardige mensen bij de animatie. De kitchenette had maar 2 gaspitjes, die het zeer matig deden. Zeer weinig comfort in keuken, wat betreft keukenuitzet. En het binnenzwembad had groter gemogen. |

Het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ons appartement zag er netjes schoon en groot uit voor twee personen. Wij waren er niet in hoogseizoen dus de keus voor Alcudia was niet zo'n succes aangezien er dan niets te doen valt. Over het hotel valt weinig te klagen maar hoogseizoen zal het wel gehoriger zijn. |

Innenhof mit Schwimmbäder. Leider wir hatten Zimmer von der Straßenseite Vor allem unheimlich viele Moskitos. In der Nacht kann man nicht schlaffen. Fenster praktisch ganze Zeit zu. Von der Strasse - sehr viel Lärm. |

Prima en netjes aparthotel. Een mooi zwembad met aangelegde tuin, ziet er keurig uit en is groot genoeg. Veel te doen voor kinderen, nederlandstalig animatieteam. Appartementen zijn heel erg gehorig. Persoonlijk geen last van gehad , maar oordopjes mee indien je een slechte slaper bent. Er zijn weinig appartementen met zon op het balkon. |
