Good location, good price, clean and neat, decent amenities. The bar maid and later the same young woman waited on us in the restaurant. She said she spoke English but when questioned about a menu item she got angry and could not explain or give a descrition. This is poor customer service and a lastine memory. We left the restaurant and ate else where the entire time. |

Very central situation, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Nice design and athmosphere. The room we had on the first day wasn't as good as there was a wall in front of the window. The rooms that give to the hotel front are much better. |

Nicolas at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel before and liked the location and rooms although the air conditioning did not work well therefore I would not recommend it in the summer. Catering at the hotel is very good also Air conditioning was poor |

Proximity of shopping area (but is it enough?) Extremly impolite&churlish workers on reception-desk. Disaster and stink in bathroom; door full of humidity-fungi, obstruction of water-drain... |

Great location, very good rooms and facilities. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful. Particularly liked the free glass of cava on arrival also. |

Friendly bar staff. reception staff were okay. No gym, no sauna, no coffeeif /tea making facilities in rooms. The lift door is a death trap it hits you in the head ,it closes to fast and the sendor is not responsive enough. The toilet papers in the rooms are made of poor quality paper. |

Being able to get a smoking room. Being near the centre of the city. friendly staff and attractive modern premises. Breakfast at 18 Euro is a bit of a joke if you just want a cup of coffee and some cereal. |

It was a nice touch to have a free drink voucher with our check-in but it should be one per night as we could have stayed a week and still only had one free drink. That penalises people who stay for longer than one night. It was a little noisy in the rooms in the morning. Carpet would have helped reduce the noise. Also, our room only had a balcony door, no window to open at night. As this opened directly onto other rooms we did not feel it was safe enough to keep open all night so found the room very stuffy. It was also quite expensive for what it was. |

Satff were 150%, Room was 95%, Bathroom was 100%... Location was 150% for us... but may be not for everyone as you walk up hill from the main parts of the city. We had an internal room, which was fine but we did feel that the internal balcony, which linked 3-4 rooms should have been partioned off. We were not able to leave open our balcony door at anytime just in case someone walked in! |

Proximity to everything but was about 1 km from la Ramblas ,write up misleading. The Hotel staff were brilliant was puzzled by 4 star status I thought our room was good 3 star but different standards. TV wasnt flatscreen as published on websight, 300 channels was about 100. They state on the la Ramblas but wasnt but turned out better as noise wasnt an issue. |

the lobby was nice and the location was excellent the superior room was a lot smaller than it looked in pictures! Also, cleaning of rooms everyday wasn't as thorough as I've experienced in other hotels, ie. bins weren't emptied everyday and beds weren't fully dressed! Staff weren't very friendly! |

Location was good and rooms were quiet. Fantastic tapas place behind the corner "cerveceria catalana" Hotel staff very unpleasant, although we had reserved a doubleroom we were given a twin bed room. We were told to push the beds together.. Bad smell from the bathroom (swage) |

I liked the location of the hotel which was 2 min walk from the city's major shopping street. The staff were friendly and they provide you all the information you need about the city. |
