Mir hat die zentrale large gefallen die freie minibaar und der pool weil trotz des großen hotels hatte man immer seinen ruhigen platz außerdem hat mir die nutzung der sauna des wirlpools und des fitness centers gefallen Schade fand ich das es nur einen deutschen fehrnsehsender gab und das die Reinigungskräfte kein wort englisch verstanden haben |

Raucherzimmer und Swimmingpool... das war gut..... :) Gratis Minibar. Parkgarage Zu kleiner Pool. ausgestattet mit ganzen 8 Stück Liegen.... das ist dann doch sehr sehr wenig. Keine Bedienung an der Poolbar, man muss den Zimmerservice anrufen, der ja leider kein Englisch spricht.... |

Die Zimmer sind elegant und komfortabel. Der Fitnessraum und der Pool am Dach sind zwar klein dafür aber top. Gratis-Minibar! Das Hotel liegt in einer eher tristen Gegend, umgeben von leerstehenden Industriegebäuden und ca. 15 Gehminuten außerhalb des Zentrums, 20 min vom Strand entfernt. |

Schönes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer - gesamte Minibar gratis ! (es waren nur Getränke enthalten) Sonnendeck mit Pool und schöner Spa Bereich (aber klein). Kritik wegen der Parkgarage kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - hab einen A6 Kombi und hatte keinerlei Schwierigkeiten - Top! Sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption !!! Kleine Krabeltiere im Bad... |

AC Alicante is just outside of the city centre about a 20 minute walk (helps keep your weight down). The food is really good and the prices are about the same as the city restaurants, although it would have been good to see a variation from frozen chips. The staff speak quite good English and seem to try harder if you try to speak some Spanish. Frozen chips. The pool was freezing, would be loads better if it were heated. |

The rooftop pool and bar. The contemporary modern style. The quality of the furnishings. The view from the windows was dissapointing, either looking over wasteland or a block of residential apartments. You could see the sea but had to look over the industrial area of the port first! |

the room,bar staff lovely unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff,hola or a smile not available at any time,took forever to check in,waited some 20 mins to get key card,no soap in bathroom for 3 days,even though i requested it each time i visited the bathroom.no baby changing facility,sink or floor was the only option,twenty minute walk to town |

The hotel had very comfortable rooms and particularly comfortable beds. When we went to our room, we opened the curtain and looked out the window. All we could see was a wall directly in front of us.It was a terrible view and the room was very dark. We went to reception and asked if we could get a room that didn't look out onto a wall. The receptionist changed us to a room on the 6th floor that looked out to the see.We were very pleased with the new room and the staff member changed our room quickly and without fuss. The location of the hotel was not good. The description is a little misleading- it is on the sea front but set back by a busy road and does not look out onto the beach but onto an industrial wasteland and dock side area. There were two prostitutes near the hotel when we walked out for dinner at 10.30 pm. Also, the pool area is unattended- we went to go for a swim but there were approximately ten men drinking bottles of vodka and beer and shouting very loudly. We did not stay at the pool because we did not feel comfortable. |

The free minibar, the desing of the hotel, the swimming pool and the relax room It is a bit far from the city centre so if you don't have a car it could be not so easy to reach it (or you need to take a 20 minute walk) |
