I was genuinely amazed at level of friendlyness and cleanliness. I would unreservedly recommend it to any friend or business colleague. It performs at a level way above its price range Nothing |

clean, bright decor and on the night I stayed it was quiet. Within walking distance of old town , castle, beach, shops , restaurants and airport bus bus stops. Very helpful staff. V.G. 2 star hotel. |

I thought the location was very good. Minutes to the train station or to the tram. My room was on a corner with a nice small balcony with chairs and a table. Staff has almost no English, so it is better if you have some limited Spanish skills. |

I didn't like the tv in the reception. It was a loud unecssary & stressful addition to the reception. The customer needs to feel the receptionists attention & not worry if they're more intersted in the tv behind them.It implies there's no business & the staff need it for company. |

I like the perfect location, nice room with balcony and view to the historic castle, availability of internet in the room, and your kind staff I did not like that in the cafe premises it is aloud to smoke. I can't recall when it wa last seen in other countries. |

The Wifi Internet is perfect! You'd better choose higher floor, because it's more quite, less odor and without mosquitoes. This area is quite and safe with a police station nearby. The supermarket is in the neighborhood, and the restaurant street is nearby, too. It would be great if they have a public kitchen, but they don't. The bar is always filled with smokers, from 7 in the morning till it's closed. The smoke even came up to every floor. One of the janitors (girl) is also a smoker. You'd better close your door in any time. If you want to have breakfast, try to take the sits near the door, because the air is fresher. This is a smoker's country! If you're a English speaker, go to the restaurants near the beach, because they have English menu. |

I paid only 36 Euro per night. The W-LAN worked very well in the room. Although I requested a parking place I did not get one. I would not recommend using the hotel when you need a car. During the night it was extremely noisy at times. |

Really good hotel, value for the money. I got a room with air-condition just above the bed, which is not good, because I started to get a cold because of that. And I asked to change room with air-condition far away from bed, after a couple days, they changed for me. But air-condition was still to near the bed, but they tried. The hotell was really good in every way, and the staff was really nice, but the planning of placing the air-condition is not well planned. Ask for a room with the air-condition far away from the bed. |

Only one member of staff spoke English, even that was basic. The large barmaid. Everything was too much trouble for her. |

It is a 2 star hotel and you shouldnt expect too much. But for a 2 star hotel it is so good. There is even wi-fi in the rooms. The rooms are clean. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. There is only one English speaking staff I think and she was staying only morning to the noon. |

Well situated hotel within easy reach of the marina, city centre and the railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay. The noise of the ´basura´ lorry passing along the street at approx 2am - not a good time to be woken up!! |

Efficiency (nothing went wrong!), central location, modern sizeable room, budget price, felt more like a Spanish, than an international, hotel. It's likely that there are bad 3-stars compared to this one. Pity there was no balcony in my room nor a public lounge to relax in when in hotel (cafeteria bit small and busy, though nicely full of locals), but in a 2-star city hotel, these cannot always be expected. |

We are located only 100 metres from the beach, right at the historical, commercial and touristic city center which makes our Hotel just the best place in town to combine your holiday or you business. |
The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Alicante, opposite the sea and with spectacular panoramic views. |
