The rooms were acceptable, the bar prices were high The decor of the upstairs corridors was drab., also some room entrances were poor, our room was typical of this |

Firstly, the good location - near the centre of Alicante. Secondly, nice and helpful staff. Some guests who almost each night were knocking out to the door. |

The staff was very kind and the service was good. Hotel is not located right on the beach but quiet convenient regarding the shops, pedestrian road, bay, bus line, boat station and others. There are many signs "Hotel Goya" along the road, so it is easy following it to find hotel. What I really didn´t like was that the windows of my room were in front of the buliding which produced terrible noice I don´t know from airconditioners or what. |

Some of the staff were very poor in customer care. In particular there were two male reception staff - it felt as though they were more interested in their paperwork rather than dealing with customers. There was one lady recptionist during the week who was very friendly and helpful. Overall room was fairly basic - but clean. |

The staff of the hotel was nice old bottles from previous clients in room, asked for double room got two single beds pushed together uncomfortable for a couple, long distance from beach. the provided breakfast was not worth 6 euro was horrible. Hotel in poor repair radiator in room leaking water and celing fan made horrible noises, very noisy hotel , walls paper thin |

It was cheap. The shower was so little that it was hard to take a shower. It was pretty far away from the beach. The beds were uncomfortables. |

Open 24/7 This hotel is ok situated; a quick walk to pubs, cafees and shops. However, it is a very basic hotel which has been in the game for some years, and thats not always good. Cleanliness could be better - hair on bathroom floor. |

Staff were generally friendly, receptive and helpful. Towels where of a high standard and the bathroom clean. Hotel was perfectly acceptable for budget price. Beds were not long enough for me with my feet hanging over the end. Air conditioning was good, but only had two settings - off and full nearly full setting. |

great rate, especially in high season; room and bathroom - very simple, but clean towels everyday; taxi at the airport 17EUR (at 4am); near by shopping area and wonderful park; just 20 min. walking distance to the beach; neighbours can be annoying, but everything is to accept. the staff is very helpful, no problem with checking out early morning |

the receptionist was really nice and helpful to us. there was no kettle for tea, the rooms were very cramped you couldnt open the windows the other guests could get through them as they are all very close to each other you could even open the curtains and let in the light as people could see into your room from the small courtyard in the centre of the hotel.also there was a problem with other guests been very noisy and drunk |

The hotel was cheap, so our requirements were quite low. It was 15-20 minutes walk to the docks and the city beach, so the localisation was great. Staff was english-speaking and very helpful. The rooms where small but clean. Air conditioning wasn't working. Very noisy in the morning. |
