Quite a modern building ( at least compering to most cheap hotels in the towndown) with a good equipment ( lektronics cards etc) nice design of the buildings, good and not expensive restaurant just next to, pool, nice tarace, wifi ( free, but at the time wery slow) , no parking problems, clean and nice hostel worth recomending for cheap accomodetion mostly for young people. Nice staff. Hairs on bed, small rooms downstairs with a small window ( quite a dark room) , staff don't speak english at all, ANTs in the room. |

We had no hot water for 2 night + the second morning no light because there was a big storm. No one spooked English at reception to explain why we don't have hot water. The third day someone came and made a refund for one day from four. My lucky that I had friends in Spain who talked to the guys in the hotel and asked for refund. Not even the supervisor or manager who gave the refund spoke English. My luck that we stayed in the hotel only for sleeping, we got up in the morning and went on our way. Can you imagine how inconvenient would be if we would stay a half day in and a half out in town; and just for sleeping and problems with the hot water I found the price expensive specially that it was booked for the last 4 days in September. |

The tram is super close to hotel and you can purchase tickets on board. It takes you straight to shopping, food, and the beach. The bed was hard as a rock and the staff made it clear they did not like us. They did not speak any English. Also it is hard to get to hotel from the airport. The taxi driver did not know where the hotel was and we did not know to take the airport bus to Puerta La Mar and then take the tram to Tridente stop. If we had it would have been much more smoothly. |

Although a couple of staff can speak english, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough. There should be a mini fridge in the room for keeping drinks cold. |

As a budget hotel it was good. In general, it was like it was depicted in booking.com. The location was nice, about 8 km from the Alicante centre, and about 800 m to the San Juan beach (3 km long!). Good bus connections (22) to the beach and to city one block away, also tram going to Alicante from 2 blocks away. Air condition was sometimes a little bit "lazy". |

Should we have arrived later maybe the pool would have been open, which would have been really nice. Very good value for money though, and nice staff. Should we have arrived later maybe the pool would have been open, which would have been really nice. |

Very close to the bus stop where you can get the bus in Alicante. The man at reception was very nice to us when we checked in. On the website it states that the pool opens on the 15th of May, however when we arrived there was a sign which said it wouldn't be opened until June. This was very disappointing, especially since the average temp was 31 degrees while we were there. The staff in the restaurant were also quite rude. |

Location was great for walking to beach and taking the Metro/Tram to the city center or other beaches. The fresh squeezed orange juice was awesome! Staff was very helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. Would definitely recommend staying here! Would prefer single pillows vs the one long pillow provided. |

Pobyt w hotelu bardzo się nam podobał. Pokoiki malutkie ale wygodne i idealne na weekendowe wypady za granicę. Przyhotelowa restauracja fajna i tania. Do plaży dosyć daleko. Wyśmienity hotel dla zmotoryzowanych ale i nie tylko. |
