The hotel was great. Very clean, pretty, looks new. The bathroom was nicely done, lobby area looks nice and room, while simple, is also nice. There is a computer with internet available in lobby free to use. In walking distance of the shopping district, nightlife, and the beach. The bus from and to the airport is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and about a 15 minute ride to the terminals and costs 2.60 euro each way. All in all, very clean and convenient. Definately a value for the price. I was a bit cold in the room at night. The breakfast was not included and when I went to go look at it didn't seem all that impressive. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was quite good. El equipo era muy amable y servicial, la habitación era limpia y comoda y la localización era bastante bien. There were two single beds instead of a double bed. Había dos camas individuales en lugar que una cama de matrimonio. |

Very clean, nice, modern, safety with perfect location near to shopping opportunities. Spacious and well equipped room and bathroom. Staff was great, helpful and kind. I have nothing bad to say, I was absolutely contented. |

Location is superb for rail / bus links. Fifteen minutes walk to the beach or use the bus. Not too far for the tram which services coastal resorts north of Alicante |

I had booked a double room with single occupancy, but they gave me a single room. Not a big deal, just not what I ordered. If I wanted a single room, I would have booked a single room. However, the staff at the reception claimed that although my reservation was for a double room, they had a right to give me a single room because I was only one person. |

It was a clean, modern hotel within very easy reach from the airport by bus. Although we did manage to walk everywhere, some people may find it too far away from the beach and bars. |
