I appreciated the English speaking, good-humoured, helpfull reception-employees with their clear explanations and answers to every relevant questions. Very complete breakfastbuffet. Wonderfull location in the old town, right between the sea and the historic center / shopping area. During my stay - end of october 2009 - the hotel was poor accessible due to reconstruction of the Plaza... But this is of course only a temporary inconvenience and not within the hotel-staff's jurisdiction :-) |

Unfortunately there was not much to like about the hotel and is certainly does not merit 4 stars as there was no bar, no dining facilities, very poor. The location is excellent but was ruined by noise from building works which I appreciate is not the hotel's fault but we should have been warned so we could at least have made an informed choice. Also we placed our towels on the floor to get clean ones as we were told to do and the lazy staff simply hung them back up, saoking wet, not very hygenic given that they have been on the floor! |

Location and the staff. Appalling conditions in the plaza which we should have been made aware of. Breakfast was not good enough with many items just not available. |

Great location in 'old town'. Easy access to beach, marina, bars and restaurants whilst still being part of a bustling city. Many wedding outfits to view on Saturday at Town hall opposite whilst enjoing a drink outside hotel. Unfortunately the town hall square was being completely renovated which made access to the hotel difficult, especially by car and also noisy and dusty during the day. Loud late night revellers made sleeping somewhat impossible before 5.00 a.m. |

Hotel is extermely well located for both the beach and the town centre without the need for transport. This enabled us to return to our room to 'put our feet up' as and when we liked. There is no tea/coffee makimg facilities in the room and new beds would be a great improvement as they were quite uncomfortable in t both the rooms we stayed in. |

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff.Good value for money. Not the fault of the hotel but it is a pity about the work being done on the square. |

location of the hotel - close to marina and beach however the hotel does not have parking and you have to drive to marina to find the public parking which cost 22 EUR per 12 hours. |

If the hotel was like the picture it would have been wonderful. In the old part of town steeped in history. Room was lovely. Staff very helpful. Very clean. Good breakfast. Great air con. Comfy bed. And great response when I e-mailed prior to arrival with basic questions like how much should the taxi cost from the airport - about 20 euros. Hope that's helped. Major building works just outside the entrance. Can't even get a taxi to park outside.People asking to change rooms and if you do there is no view. Staff said development wont be finished until November. Dont go until then. Breakfast room was depressing although food good. When building works completed this will be amazing. Not a holiday hotel. No pool and lots of people with laptops. Good place for 1 night to be right in the heart of the old city but everywhere is within 10 mins walk. Or get a taxi if you are knackered. |

Great sized room and bathroom. Doors that opened onto a balcony, excellent location for eating out and beach access. Staff were very helpful and friendly. To be honest, I think they should have mentioned that the entire Plaza in front of the hotel was under construction and inaccessible. One of the reasons we chose it was so that we could relax and enjoy the scenery at our doorstep, but no such luck. Yet again, as a same sex couple we had to explain that we did want a double bed, even though it was in our original room request. |

Nice Location.5 minutes to beach or marina.plenty of Resturants in the area While we were staying the square in front of hotel was having Major Work done on it .All day cement trucks bulldozers and jackhammers were making a lot of loud noises.we only booked hotel 2 days in advance.I think we should have been warned about the building work. |

The hotel itself was spacious, clean, modern and accomodating to all. We liked the friendliness of the staff and locals. We loved how close it was to the beach, shops, pubs and clubs, with a beautiful market only 5mins away. |

Clean rooms, good location for both beach and shopping. Nice personnel, very service minded. Difficult to find due to building activities in the area. Will recomend using taxi to get to the hotell due to difficult access (and very narrow one-way streets if you drive wrong). Tv channels could have been better. |

Very close to the beach, historical centre and restaurants. The front desk girls are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice and historical plaza, althoug it was under construction in the time we were there. The internet should be free. The breakfast could be better. |
