Very good location, close to town centre and to the beach. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, although I was able to converse in Spanish. Good value for money. The rooms was a little tired, especially the bathroom, but all was in working order. Walls were a bit thin causing some noise, but this did not detract too much from a good hotel. I would stay again. |

The location and that it was easily reached from the airport. The room with a glassed balcony and view over the street. That our room was not made up one day and I had to ask the reception for new towels. One of the reception staff was more interested in private calls than to answer questions. |

There were very few things, if any, that we liked about this hotel. The distance to the beach was great. The shower was nice. This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The advertisement was false about it having a view. Our view was of the kfc right across the street. It was very small, which was expected, but very small. I asked for a double room specifically for a couple, and they gave us 2 twin beds pushed together, which were like bricks. The blankets were dusty, and the extra blankets in the closet that were halfway wrapped in plastic (like they were new/clean), had hair from a previous guest on it as well as stains. The bathroom door lock was broken, and the towels didn't smell clean. They charged for every little thing, safe in the room was 2 euro a day with a 12 euro deposit, they only gave us one room key and internet didn't work. |

Central Location was great, and the double room was a good size with a nice balcony overlooking La Rambla. The breakfast was decent but would be better with more variety - i.e. fruits |

The staff were very helpful, good English. Room size was good, having a balcony was wonderful, less that five minute walk to the beach, central to pretty much all you need round the area. Taxi rank outside, very close to the airport, roughly 20 minutes, costing 14 Euros. No smelly toilets, which others talked about. The ceiling in the hotel room looked cheap and a tad bit grubby. Also the double bed was two single beds on a double frame, we kept falling down the gap, which was slightly annoying. |

very central. close to the beach and marina.simple and clean room. less then 3 euro with bus from the airport, takes about 20 min. some rooms dont have a fridge, so you have to ask for one in advance if you want one. they had 2 types of balcony : one smaller and one bigger. make sure you ask for one bigger if you want a bigger one |

We were visiting Alicante for our wedding anniversay & I emailed the Hotel Rambla before arrival requesting a balcony with a view. We were really please that they put us in a room with an enclosed balcony with a view of the marina. Thank you again. |

Hotel is worth recommending. It is conveniently situated on the main street of Alicante, very close to the beach and harbour. The breakfast is fine, although there isn't much choice. A bathroom smells bad. |

The view from the bedroom and the covered terrace where you could sit. The hotel receptionists were distant, offhand and not very helpful. A smile and 'we hope you enjoyed your stay' would have been nice. Noise from the street cleaning late at night. |
