The spa is divided into 2 areas the spa and the samarium which has exclusive access for the guests of the Suites del Mar Hotel.
Enjoy the external circuit of the spa which has a pool heated in the winter and open-air in the summer. There is also a foot bath, Jacuzzi and sun terrace with sea views. The indoor circuit has mini contrast pools, a sauna and steam bath and Scottish showers. Go through the rain tunnel and brave the ice cabin. There are soothing massages on offer as well as beauty and styling treatments. You can also enjoy a good workout in the fitness centre.
The samarium is free for all guests and includes a mini-gym, sauna (wet and dry) and you can relax thanks to the aromatherapy and soothing music.
There are contrast showers, an ice fountain and a bubbling Jacuzzi. Soak up the sunshine by the outdoor pool and sun terrace with sea views.

It's Location waas very good It is not a 4 Star. Probably a 3 Star. Very Noisy at night due to youths drinking on the beach front. Breakfast choice was poor. |

The room was well furnished and very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard. The location of the hotel was great for a city break in Alicante. The hotel swiiming pool and spa area are far better than the advertised separate Spa that you pay extra for !!!! Paying extra for the use of the Spa Facilities is a waste of money...the Spa is awful, badly maintained, not very clean and the staff were not helpful or professional. The swimming pool in the Spa area is 3 foot deep the entire length, hardly what I would call a "swimming pool". Also the Spa is open to the general public and on most days it is full of Spanish Pensioners taking up every facilty there. The reception staff were very indifferent and did not even acknowledge us during our 4 day stay at the hotel. The choice and quality of the room service menu is terrible and inedible - a total waste of money !!!! |

Very comfortable and quiet,fantastic seaviews from breakfast room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money (admittedly, low season!) Room tho' large and comfortable looked rather bare and unwelcoming, like a doctor's waiting room! Imaginative use of fittings and furniture could put it right. |

the freindliness and helpfulness of the staff and its location to the centre of alicante the rooms that face the marina also face the nightlife centre of alicante which being spain goes on until 7.30am.if you ahve one of tyhese rooms in summer the air conditioning needs to work. |

The hotel was convenient to downtown and the staff were pleasant. The bed was quite hard. Breakfast was not served until 7:30am which I feel is too late if you have business at 8:00am. |

the staff were very helpful and spoke good english, they also made us feel very welcome, even after we had left the hotel and had to return when our flights were cancelled. We were in the non sea view rooms and the noise from the disco woke us up each night. |

Comfortable reception area with internet and tv, and bar serving tea and coffee, nice lounge area. excellent but not a lot of information for tourists, ie couldnt find excursion info or maps and places to visit, impression short stay rather than holiday hotel although felt well looked after as a tourist and tourist info nearby, |

This is a very nice hotel in the best location. Marina on one side and the beach on the other with all the bars and shops walking distance away. Nice good sized room. The only negative about this hotel we could find was the noise coming from the Casino opposite. Make sure you request a room on the beach side to avoid the thumping noise from the Casino club. I am no party pooper and like bars and music but when its thunmping at 6am still on a Sunday to Monday morning then it gets pretty annoying especially if you need to sleep to get up for an early flight or business meeting...and we were on the top floor!! |

Booked this hotel as wanted to be close to airport. Hotel is set right next to the harbour and is ideal if you are looking for some entertainmend or a night out. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The Hotel staff did not make it clear how the payment for the parking worked. So we were delayed on our departure as had to leave the car at the exit while we looked for a payment point..... |

Close to center, shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast and nice view of town, beach and sea. Last days was some renovation in neighbor rooms, but mostly afternoons, so we did not wake up from this noise. |

We loved the view - to look back into the bay seeing the beach and castle both day and night was close to perfect. We liked it's convenience to the centre of Alicante and all it offered. We liked the 24 hour reception and the overall feeling of luxury.The airport bus stopped just down the road, excellent chineese restuarant near this stop. We did not like the noise from the revellers leaving the Casino on Friday and Saturday nights which went on until the early hours.Neither did we like being woken up by the sound of hammering and drilling as repairs and refurbishments were carried out in the hotel. This went on all week. We felt that either the part of the hotel being refurbished should have been shut or, we should have been told about the work, thus giving us the choice of whether we wanted to book. We were unhappy with the state of the shower rooms. The showers had a basic design fault which meant it was impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Also, the sink plug mechanism was missing. |
