Well located on a great beach with friendly staff The food was very limited and far more expensive than the cuisine deserved to be. For a five star hotel the facilities were poor, pool is small with limited beds and there isn't the attention to detail you would expect from a five star hotel. More like a good three star. |

Cleanliness, view from room, breakfast buffet restaurant Prices for hotel services were exorbitant so we did not use any of them. Car parking £13, we parked in the street. Drinks in the bar, we bought our own from the shops, the dinner restaurant at about £90 for two, so didn't use it, sauna £12 each , we didn't use that either, in house film at £19 was quite rediculous. |

The breakfast was very good and also the service personal. I booked this hotel because it has 5 stars and provide Internet. The internet was not working, for me it was very importatn to have internet, I had to look in the aerea of Sidi San Juan. At least I had to look for an Internetcafe to get my computer connected with the internet in Alicante downtown. I loose a lot of time from my very short days in Alicante. The beds are very poor for 5 stars. I find low cost hotel with much better beds in Alicante. I must travel very often to Alicante but in this Hotel i will never return. The price is very high for this poor service. They did not offer a discount for this. |

Location (private access to the beach and quiet), privacy, good breakfast and cleanliness. Both indoor and outdoor pools available for guests. Decor beginning to look a bit dated. The fact that staying guests had to pay for the sauna and the jacuzzi and pay per day for the use of the room safe which is normally included in the price. Although we had booked a double room we ended up with two single beds pushed together for the duration of our weeks stay. I would not rate this hotel as a five star hotel but as a good four star. |

I loved the fact that the hotel was on the beach with easy access to hotel loungers/parasols etc. I loved the facilities such as spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool etc The room was clean and comfortable and had great views of the sea. Most of the staff spoke very little English which is okay as on the whole they were friendly and approachable, unless you need their help with something then it becomes a struggle to be understood. Also the nighttime restaurant was a bit snooty and dear and we felt uncomfortable with our 7mth old so we went elsewhere for dinner most nights |

Pool facilities, ease of access to beach, high quality of attention from staff. Short taxi ride to city centre. Queuing to toast bread at breakfast. One small toaster totally inadequate. |

Connecting family room was ok with good bathrooms and balcony with seaview. Family with 2 kids 11 and 13 from Holland. Parking garage at 11 euro per day. |
