De locatie ligt aan de Rambla en aan de boulevard en dichtbij strand.Alles binnen loopafstand. Personeel spreekt goed engels en is behulpzaam. Momenteel wordt er gerenoveerd maar daar heb je weinig last van. Wij hadden geen gerenoveerde kamer waar wij wel op gerekend hadden. |

Goede lokatie in de stad met zeezicht Vreselijk ouderwetse kamers. Geen stopcontacten voor bijv. laptop. Oud meubilair. Beneden ieder pijl voor een 4 sterren hotel. Zeer lawaaiiger en ouderwetse airco. |

Prachtig hotel, mooie ligging en altijd makkelijk terug te vinden. Geen mogelijkheid koffie te krijgen overdag voor 4 uur, geen zwembad of fitness. |

Om positiefs te bedenken kan ik alleen de liching aan geven verder weet ik niets. Het hotel is oud. Kamers stinken. De eerste nacht geen oog dicht gedaan door overlast van de buren tot 5.30 uur s morgens en geen informatie hoe je naar de receptie kunt bellen. |

vanaf de 21e verdieping is het uitzicht geweldig, het ontbijt was ook prima de verwarming was niet zelf te regelen. Van de twee nachten hebben we een nacht (december) met het raam open geslapen. |

A tower block hotel with over 26 floors; our rooms were a mini suite with a small bedroom and lounge area with TV; the breakfast; ease of accessing room via lift from the hotel entrance; proximity to promenade and beach; proximity to public transport bus stops and tram; easy access to bus stop for bus to and from Alicante airport; rooms with great views of the castle and the sea. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time; casement windows that were large that swing open to let air blast you all night if you wished - so no claustrophobia! Beds were comfortable. Good range of quality food in the restaurant (i.e. for evening dinner) Not many persons frequenting the bar on the ground floor to mix with; proximity to audible noise all night from youngsters frequenting the night club and crepe bar across the street; more double bed rooms (appreciate the need for both from the Hotel's point of view); rooms quite small so couldny move easily around especially the bedroom. |

The hotel location is very convenient. Besides, it looks like the tallest building in the whole city, so you can always find your way back :-) The C6 bus stop to the airport is less than in 5 minutes walking distance + about 15 minutes of walk to the department store El Corte Inglés with a great supermarket. WiFi access in the comfortable reception area. No breakfast included in the rate. Twin bed. |

The hotels location is superb, it is right along the front of the marina.The shops, restaurants and beach are right on your doorstep about 5 mins from the hotel.The views from our room (we stayed on the 24th floor) were breathtaking. Our room was right beside the lift and this was quite noisy, and could be heard from the bedroom. |

In general the hotel is clean and very central to the bus connections and the beach. I did not like the fact that on the website it said terrace but in fact it was not a terrace - you had to jump out from the window to get to the little balcony. The furniture of the hotel is quite old and you don't get the feeling you are in a 4-star hotel. |

Very central to the city centre and easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. All spoke english and found a place to securely store our bicycles. The rooms smell of stale tobacco (we did ask for non-smoking). The city centre is very loud and the Alicantian's seem to never sleep! Don't come if you want quiet! |

very convenient and helpful staff at reception desk. a big minus for the elevator (lift) noise.. it was very noisy during nighttime- also there could have been a bigger bar at reception level..but no big problem. - also the Pay-Tv did not work properly, wrong timeschedules and quite medium (series D) quality of pictures. |

Fantastic views from our 17th floor bedroom. Seperate lounge area added different dimension to our stay. Choice from half board menu was dissapointing. Starters & desserts okay. |

Excellent location for beach and city centre. Great views from 19th floor over the esplanada, marina and the sea. Very clean room, comfortable bed. It is a bit antiquated, which I didn't mind, but some people might. Air conditioner was noisy, but drowned out the noise of the band playing on the esplanada until 11 p.m. For the location and quality, good value for money |
