The breakfast was excellent. I booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. We were too tired when we arrived to ask to change rooms. |

The hotel location and breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful and the decor makes a nice change to the more traditional hotel rooms available in Madrid. Carpet in the bedrooms is hard to keep clean adjoining the shower cubicles. |

Location on Plaza Santa Anna, Nice room, Friendly and helpful staff, Reasonable pricing, It's a cool hotel. We are sold on Room-Mates. A bit noisey at nights because of location but not a big deal. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We liked the fact that it was served untill 12 noon? No morning rush and there was still plenty of choice when we went down quite late. A very small lift, but that is the only negative thing I can say about this hotel. |

Worth requesting an outside room as the views from the windows are great. Location great with plenty of bars and restaurants in Plaza Santa Anna. Depsite room overlooking plaza and it being Friday night it was very quiet in the room |

excellent, effective double glazing and electronic blinds and curtains overlooking busy plaza and heard nothing. Very helpful staff I would have preferred more comfortable bed and pillows. More Spanish hotels are now offering choice of pillows similar to those used in UK and USA |

Vriendelijk receptiepersoneel, behulpzaam met goede info. De lokatie van het hotel is perfekt om van deze stad te genieten.Het ontbijt is prima. In eerste instantie deelden wij, 2 reisgenoten een kamer, zoals we al jaren doen. maar deze keer was dat geen goede ervaring, door het gebrek in privacy; er was geen badkamer, maar de wc (met schuifdeur die niet dicht kon) en de douche (met doorzichtige glazen wand) lagen in de kamer...ook waren deze faciliteiten niet helemaal schoon. Ik heb een eigen kamer genomen. |
