Very clean hotel, centrally situated in the city close to shops and bars.Staff were very friendly and helpful although the fact that we spoke Spanish probably helped.Nicely furnished although not luxurious. No facilities within the hotel apart from the bar and restaurant. The jacuzzi was in fact a plunge pool which was not heated and was unusable in January. |

The hotel was an excellent location and the only good thing in the town.We did not eat at the hotel but the town did not have any good eating houses in the evening. |

Very stylish and modern, beautiful building and setting Room not very clean, threadbare towels, no plug in bath. Requested no-smoking room but were next to a storeroom where the staff were smoking and it came through to our room. Not enough information in room about guest facilities and services - had a computer and internet but no instructions on how to use! Breakfast service very bad - no clean table to sit at or crockery etc - staff nowhere to be seen - walked out without having breakfast as was so disappointed |

The room was beautuful and very clean. The drinks were reasonably priced and the selection of tapas was good. The staff were poor due to being understaffed. The breakfast was very disorganised with not enough staff. |

Location - La Place de Catedral is one of the nicer open spaces. The room was spacious. The buffet breakfast good. Drinks and tapas outside in the evening were very reasonably priced. Internet connection in the room slowish but useful. The restaurant was expensive and the food not to the standard we thought it should be. The rooftop jacuzzi wasn't working. |
