Location and Staff, the staff was excellent. If you are driving you're own car their garage is on site and secure. Their garage associates are excellent professionals |

Comfortable and spacious lobby - excellent views over the port and the sea. Staff not especially friendly or helpful. Hotel generally feels tired - a little delapidated - needs some attention |

It was a quality hotel. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. It was great to have our car whisked away to the car park, then re-delivered to the front door whenever we needed it. We wanted a relaxing mini-break, that's exactly what we got. It is located at a busy corner and there was quite a lot of traffic noise. Not too intrusive, but it could upset some guests. |

Easy access and the standard was good. The bedrooms are certainly not 4 star, although the bar lounge area probably is. The car park at 15 euros a night is excessive. |

All staff helpful and friendly. Room amazingly well insulated against noise from a very busy street corner. The valet parking was excellent, and included cleaning my car windows - inside & out - so they looked better than new! This is a small point: It would be helpful if the buttons in the lifts (elevators) had labels indicating Restaurant, Bar, Reception. There was no "signposting" anywhere and, at first, it wasn't easy to find one's way. |

Amazing hotel. Booked at last minute with no expectations and wow! We did have to wait nearly two hours for our room to be ready however worth the wait. Beautiful rooms, lovely size, massive jacquzzi bath and wonderful view from the 6th floor. Would go back tomorrow. No but was told we could check in at 12.00 and our room was not ready until nearly 2pm - however, the room was worth the wait. |

Near to both city centre (10 min walking) and beaches (5 min). Large bathroom and good sea view from the room. Free wifi The swimming pool is little. Parking is too expensive. |

The location and the sea view room were nice. Room and bathroom were spacious. The staff barely understand or speak English. The cleanliness of the room was average. The bathroom was dull. |

I requested a room with a sea view on a high floor for quietness and the staff went accommodated the requests brilliantly. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The wifi signal was strong, which is not always the case in some hotels. I didn't like the port district that much. |

Super Lage, in direkter Nähe zum Einkaufsviertel, Altstadt, Hafen, Strandprmenade. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, eigene Hotelgarage. Schöne Zimmer und Sauberkeit. Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein und der Service beim Frühstück etwas aufmerksamer! |
