Everything was perfect including a hot breakfast, a spectacular view from the rooftop garden terrace overlooking the sea & cathedrals, complimentary toothbrushes, and the picnic breakfast packed for me because of my early flight. I loved this hotel for it's location, ambience & wonderful staff. The guys were great! They were a 10. I couldn't find anything I didn't like. |

Hotel is situated in the heart of Palma, loads of shops around, the beach and main monuments. The room had a funny layout, but very nice... no really complainning ab it |

The hotel was decorated to a high standard - the renovations which were started last year are now complete. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The location of the hotel was excellent only a hundred metres or so from Bar Bosch which became our 'local' and only a short walk from all the historic sights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. |

Central location.Easy access from airport bus. Good size well appointed room and very modern bathroom.Good evening snack facilities.Full buffet breakfast available with excellent choices of tea,coffee from capsules and lovely warm rolls. Room available until 12 noon on day of departure. Our room had a balcony but no view! The choice of breakfast cereals was very limited and the cooked bacon or eggs did not keep hot. |

Excellent location, very central 5 mins at the most walk to centre of town. lovely breakfast alot more than we expected for such a good price. be careful with the doors of the rooms they dont always shut unless slammed |

Central located, it is easy to walk to the old center of Palma, to the harbour, and go for shopping. Yes, the bathroom!! The shower is impossible to use without water everywhere...(room 609) |

It's in a perfect location right in the middle of everything. Great view from the roof, and the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Bathroom in the room could've been more clean. |

In general a clean hotel at an excellent location with excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Some single-rooms have only a tiny window to the inside backyard. Very little light enters the room. The cleaning uses had a very strong lemon-chloride smell, which was irritating. |

The location of this hotel is fantastic...walking distance to all of central Palma. Our room was large, modern and had a very nice balcony over the busy street (a plus for us!). Also, less than one block away is El Corte Ingles, so you can buy anything you need. The bus stop (with buses from the airport) is only a few blocks away. Super breakfast! Nothing, we'd stay here again in Palma! |
