Its location quite good, nearby Metro (less than 10 mins walk). It is also nearby a shopping complex, very convenient to shop and to have meal. |

This must be the best 3-star hotel I've ever stayed at. It was indistinguishable from the 4-stars I usually go to. Wonderful buffet breakfast (better than most 4* hotels), free wi-fi, helpful and friendly staff, great room, modern, clean. They still have old televisions. If they upgrade to flatscreen tv's it would be nice. I'm sure they will do it soon. Also the food in the buffet breakfast is great but the orange juice was not that good, it was just standard. I care a lot about orange juice. |

Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good location (outside of city centre with reasonably easy public transport access) Staff are sometimes a little dismissive - don't seem to really want to be in the hospitality business. |

The room was very clean, the hotel staff very kind, gaved us a double bed as we asked (a king size bed), although it was located on the main street when the window was closed there was no noise coming from outside. The hotel deserves 4 stars and i would like to stay there again. |

i pretty much liked Barcelona the window only opened 3 inches, i booked a room for smoking but smoking was not allowed |

Hotel was very clean and staff very welcoming and efficient at check in. There were not enough pillows. 1 very thin pillow was provided. All our party said they did not sleep well due to this. |

The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the metro. We were on the 11th floor and the room was extremely quiet and very comfortable. |

Clean hotel, relatively convenient - just a few blocks from the tram and a little under a kilometer to the metro. Also just a short walk from a Starbucks - a real plus They had one lady on staff that was just a horribly mean lady. We had booked multiple rooms from different travel agencies... Instead of working towards a solution regarding a breakfast issue on one of the rooms - she continued to argue, to the point where she was almost shouting to get her argument across. Very unprofessional. |

Hotel was modern, facilites modern and new, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpfull. Close to the Glories shopping centre and next to Rambla del Problenou which has a few nice bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Closest metro stop (Problenou) 5-10 minutes walk. The Beach is a nice 15-20 minute walk down the Rambla, Hotel was more like a 4 star than 3. Hotel requires the use of public transport to get to the central touristy areas, however it's well connected by the metro, bus or tram (just outside hotel) anyway. |

it was located on the road ramblas poble nue, which i found nicer then the more well-known ramblas. The hotel has a tram line outside and transporation to and from the centre was good as well as the beach in vila olimpica |

Proximity to where I wanted to go, safe in room and it felt safe - nothing more was good Food atrociously bad as was restaurant service. ALthough other desk staff were helpful - those on duty when I checked in were most unhelpful and appeared to not speak any english. Mini bar contained nothing but water so hardly worth calling a mini bar |

It is an excellent Hotel, the quality-price ratio is superior to many hotels in Europe, it looks like it has more than 3 stars. The nearest metro station is just 8 minutes walking and you can get to Plaza Catalunya in just 4 stops. There is no room service |
