Excellent location, really central and also within walking distance from the Alhambra. No view from our room, just a wall. |

Value for money, location, helpfulness of staff and facilities. The location is very difficult to find with all the one way systems and a more detailed map of access would be good. The entry is down what looks like a pedestrian street and when we came back to pick up our luggage a lorry had parked across the entrance causing a real problem |

A regular member of the desk staff who is an English-speaker (Canadian, I think) is very useful when finding local information. Also the option to take advantage of breakfast or not and be charged accordingly. The location is perfect for Granada's nightlife. |

Excellent location, very friendly and informative staff. They even have car parking facilities quite cheap compared with others in Granada a great bonus. Follow Centro signs to hotel! Was a little too hot! Not a problem though, I opened the window. Pillow was bad, but I always find pillows in hotels a problem, not worth winging about! May be worth mentioning for driving instructions - just follow Centro signs and you will find hotel sign, can be missed at last stage but fairly easy to find |

Very friendly reception staff The first room we were given was right next to the lift shaft and very noisy but we asked if we could change rooms - we did and there was absolutely no problem. |

It's the perfect hotel to visit this town. I wouldn't recommend others. Staff is friendly and their suggestions on restaurants and places are right. |

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff; great location; clean, modern rooms. This was the third stay and it gets better every time. Breakfasts are a bit limited but not a real problem - lots of local bars and restaurants if required. |
