The Hotel is housed in an 18th century house typical to ‘Granada’ that has been carefully restored in order to preserve many original feature and has been converted into a charming, contemporary centrally located boutique hotel.
There is an interior patio, artisan woodwork in the cafeteria and reading room that all date back to the era it was built in.
Many of the features stand out such as the “costumbrista” painting at the entrance of the hotel, the “still life’s” in reception and the cafeteria, and the prints of Italian origin that surround the central patio.
During the last renovation 2005/2006 several silk screen prints from well-known modern painters were also incorporated in the hotel.

This 3-star hotel is located in the very heart of the city. The building still retains a number of beautiful and well-preserved features from its original construction in the 18th century, including wood-beamed ceilings. The building also has a central courtyard, a typical feature of buildings of this period in Granada.

The hotel is situated in the historical city center of Granada, between Plaza Isabel la Catolica and Plaza Nueva.
Because of its location, you can visit the city by taking pleasant walks nearby. You can enjoy the scenery, monuments, plazas, shops and also the gastronomy in the numerous restaurants and tapas bars in the area.
Starting from Plaza Nueva is the pedestrian access to the Alhambra, the Carrera del Darro, the Sacromonte and the Barrio of the Albayzin where the Saint Nicholas lookout is situated, Barrio of the Realejo and the Campo del Principe.
From Plaza Isabel La Catolica you can easily reach the Town Hall, the Cathedral and Royal Chapel, and the business and commercial areas of the city.
Car:
-From the ring road take exit 132 ACCESS RONDA SUR/ALHAMBRA/SIERRA NEVADA. -At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit in the direction of Palacio de Congregos y Exposiciones de Granada.
-When you pass the Palacio de Congresos continue on to the Paseo del Violón in the direction of the city centre until you reach Puerta Real.
-Take the right on Ganivet Street to the end and turn left onto San Matías Street. ---When you reach the end turn left into Plaza Isabel La Católica.
-From the Plaza continue straight ahead onto Gran Vía de Colón and take the second street to the right(Cetti Meriem).
-The street that follows to the right is Joaquin Costa (parallel to Gran Vía). Continue straight ahead to the door of the hotel, on the right hand side of the street.
During this journey you can follow the yellow informative hotel signs in Plaza Nueva-Carrera del Darro-Cuesta de Gomérez. On San Matias street, you will see a sign “only access for residents and hotel clients” and there is a vigilance camera. For this reason, it’s important that the receptionist write down your license plate number on a daily list sent out to Trafico to avoid possible fines.
The city suffers from direction changes very frequently so we do not recommend the use of a GPS; it is better to use a city map.

There is a bus service from the Granada Airport to the city centre. The closest stop to the hotel is 20 meters away on the Gran Vía de Colón Street. It costs 3 euros per person. There is also a taxi service which costs about 20-25 euros.
Buses and Train: Granada has daily communication by train and bus. The train station (RENFE) and bus station (ALSINA GRAELLS) are located in the city.
