Location was ideal for city trip. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and had been refurbished. Ideal for a budget stay in city centre. Sound transmission is a problem especially as there was an unruly teenage school party staying in the hotel returning in the early hours. Maintenance is another problem as shower, lights etc. all required attention. Reception area very dated. |

Very good location, at the city centre. Close to metro station and many attractive places. The key room must be replaced. It's failed already and very difficult to open. The hotel staff do not speak English. |

Great location. Reasonable prices. 24 hour reception service. Great balconys for the rooms at the 6 floor. The eleveter is a bit slow :) |

The first impression of the hotel is "what's this?". Smells really bad, the rooms aren't clean and the AC just makes sound but no air coming out. |

First of all is location of the hotel: you can get moct important and popular sites in Madrid by walking 10-15 minutes. Everybody ,who get the room on the six floor ,get an beatiful addition - the balcony.It great! Not enough clean, old furniture, bide facility has very strange construction ( impossible to use it). Contacts in light of bath room very bad , sometime need 40 sec to swith the light. But for 2 nights stay in the center of Madrid - it ok. |

great location, but... terrible staff- unhelpfull and dont know english, the room was exctreamly dirty and the bathrooms- i would prefer to hold it in! the receptionist are mean and rude. we wanted to sit on the porch, but the roof was leaking so we couldn't, did we get some of compensation- hell not! |
