Pleasant stay, great value for the money. Bath room is amazing, bath tub was very well designed, great way to relax after walking around the city. Wifi was super fast. Had to pay for parking. Construction going on in front of the hotel, very dusty. |

Very nice hotel; besides the normal breakfast buffet you can choose from 4 kinds of 'express breakfast' (basically toast with coffee and juice), which is in my opinion a nice and cheap (2,50E-6,50E) option. Staff was very helpful. We got one of the corner rooms (330), which is a bit larger. Nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk, the city center takes you about 15-20 minutes. The city of Granada is working on a subway, so chances are that you wake up before you'd like to. Not on sundays though. Oh and because of the machinery and open streets, finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, even with gps... |

Due to the treatment we received, nothing. The staff could not change our pillows by the night we arrived, despite the fact they advert several different type of pillows. The guy at the reception was not polite at all. There is a construction in front of the hotel, disturbing the parking entrance and by 8am they start all the hydraulic hummers. |

NIcely furnished and comfortable beds. Extra large bath with beautiful fixtures and glass door. Location is close to the congress center, but is 60 minute walk to Alhambra and 40 minute walk to cathedral. Low ceiling in room. Public hallway is rather dark which does not have a generous feeling. Street construction in front of the hotel causes a lot of noise and inconvenience coming and going, |

clean rooms, pay tv, wifi, staff were great, food and drinks super, really liked the hotel one of the rooms we had was absolutely boiling- not sure how it was being heated but it couldnt be cooled down either by the window or air con. parking a bit expensive and there was plenty of spaces so no real reason to charge so much |

It was very comfortable adn good value for money Only the fact that they advertised an airport shuttle service and didn't have one. This was the main reason that I booked to stay there as we had to go to the airport very early in the morning. |
