fliendly staff and very quiet hotel...nice area.quality food in the buffet.acceptable price for beverages. Pool is a little bit cold for kids - could be warmer,so as the childrens playground should be bigger.sometimes evening music is too loud for thouse who has their rooms with pool / teide view. |

The hotel is kept very clean as are the rooms. The staff is friendly. They speak little English, but with som Spanish and English spoken it is ok We were rather surprised that we had to pay for looking at televison, about € 2,50 per day. And then, the kichen. Let me summarise a long story: Let the hotel fire the cook immiately. However the is always a certain balance between price and what you get, in this case was even what we got maltreated food. So conclusion if you want to stay here don't take the halfpension option. |

Easy to find. Nice location. English is rare but the staff is very helpful. The internet room is overpaid regarding the service provided (1€/10mn). By remembering the moment I've paid for a computer with win'98/IE5 on it I'm currently having a headache... The usb port isn't accessible (physically) so I couldn't connect my iPod but even if I could do that, Win'98 probably wouldn't recognize it... |

Relación calidad precio. Localizado en zona muy tranquila. Terraza a reformar. Falta de intimidad entre las camas y el sofá cama del salón al encontrarse todo en un espacio diáfano. Uso TV se cobra aparte. |

Mycket bra service av personalen i lobbyn, bra städning varje dag, vacker trädgård Lite slitet men helt ok för det priset, trisst restaurang med dålig underhållning, sliten pool, borde målas om och värmas lite mer, lite kallt vatten |

Et roligt beliggende hotel, dejlig have, der bar præg af afslappethed. Underholdning og dans hver aften, afslappet atmosfære i restauranten med en god og spændende bufffet hver aften - mulighed for tennis og andre spil, fin internetadgang og god betjening i forhold til biludlejning. |

Mooi zicht vanop het terras, bar aan het zwembad uitstekend, zeer proper hotel. Animatie 's avonds was redelijk. Prijzen aan de bar schappelijk. Schuifdeur naar terras zeer moeilijk te openen, overgordijnen waren kapot en schuifdeur van kleerkast helemaal uit de haak. Matrassen waren hard, geen meubilair met legruimte. |

La volonté et l'amabilité de nous chercher une autre chambre dans un autre hotel de la même classe, du à l'endommagement par un client résident avant nous dans cette chambre, offre de P. déjeuner et repas du soir pour 3 jours Buffet du soir n'était pas très attractif, le tapis sur les escaliers était usé et pas très propre de première vue. Choses de ménage comme balaie à utilisation par la femme menagere se trouvaient dans notre salle de bain; mon matelas était usé, bossé |

La Piscina, aunque no "pude" hacer uso de la misma, pues el tiempo no "lo" permitía. En lo demas no destacaria grandes "cosas". Valoro muy positivamente la consideración que tienen para la estancia con animalitos de compañia, que fue realmente el motivo, por el cual me hospedasé en el Hotel. La habitacion era muy sencilla y carente de mejoras "nuevas", hay que pensar en el coste que esto representaria.... Sugiero que la tv. No se debe de ! cobrar ! en manera alguna, es una distraccion añadida. Pera el hotel necesita una refoma General. "Pese" a los costes que esto conlleve, ya que se esta "quedando" en grán desfase, para tiempos actuales. La distancia al "centro" de ocio, es lejana. |
