The apartment was well situated for walking into town for the evening meal. It was opposite a shopping mall with supermarket and bakery. I was able to park our hire car under the apartment block and I found it easy to find my way out of town and back to the apartment. One day some asbo youths set off the fire alarm, which closed some metal fire doors, preventing us from using the stairs. After using the fire escape we found ourselves in an outside courtyard which was locked and no-one else was there so we had to break back into the hotel to get to reception ! The receptionist's grasp of English was very poor and could not understand my h&s protestations ! |

Fantastico apartamento de dos habitaciones, muy completo y próximo a lo más interesante del Puerto de la Cruz. Precio excepcional. La piscina es pequeña y funcional, pero vale para darse un chapuzón. La tele vale 3 euros al día. |

Bar è aperto fino alle 24h. Tutto lo staff del hotel è gentilissimo. L'acqua calda nel bagno arriva con il contagoccie per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno Non abbiamo potuto fare decentemente la doccia. |

Habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias te hacen la cama como en un hotel, la relacion calidad precio es buena. Los colchones son muy comodos. las zonas comunes estan limpias pero con un enmoquetado muy estropeado lo que le da muy mal aspecto. Por la noche el motor de un aparato del edificio cercano hacia algo de ruido. |
