Apartamentos Amapola

The location of the apartments was ok.

I was very disappointed with the apartment and it spoiled the holiday. Firstly, it was very difficult to find and had no signs or numbers displayed. Secondly, when we got there, we were told by the cleaners in very broken English, that we had to walk to the very last hotel along the front to get the key to get in! This was heart-sinking news as we were tired, very hot and had our cases with us and the hotel was a 20 minute walk away. Nowhere on your website did it display this information. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist was unfriendly and didn't care about the situation. Thirdly, the apartment needs renovating. The paint is flaking off everywhere and it smelled musty. The bedroom smelled of body odour (not from us!). Fourthly, although there were a couple of families in the complex, there were a lot of groups of young Spanish males who had no regard for anyone else staying in the apertments and I got fed up with listening to them throw up at 4,5 and 6am each morning.

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Good value even for just two of us, if we'd been four people even better value. The apartments are nicely situated in residential area and not too far from the main hub (an easy stroll along the beach).

Having to walk to the far end of the promenade to collect the keys/ check-in. If there is a group of people staying and you don't have a car, I'd recommend one person walking up while the others relax by the sea with all the bags!!

it was nice and central

I wish there had been a microwave in the kitchen,plus an iron and board, also a mirror outside of the bathroom would have been great.

Not one thing - we checked out 5 days early and went somewhere else

When we arrived - we had to travel 3k to pick up the keys from another hotel..this cost extra in a taxi. Our taxi driver and the hotel receptionist and us had difficulty communicating.

Good size swimming pool with grass area and tables/chairs. Quiet residental area, close to beach and town centre for walking. Good size balconey to seat 4 people.

You have to go to the Sunway Hotel to collect the key, this is 20 mins walk each way. Departure time is 10am..its too early.

las llaves que hay que retiraralas en un lugar alejado, deberia ser en el mismo apartamento, el resto todo muy bueno.-

Hotellet ingår i sunwaykedjan, på Hotell Playa del golf som har receptionen för amapola var personalen helt fantastiska. Vi hade ett inbrottsförsök på Amapola och vi fick flytta in omgående på Playa del golf som kostar 10 gånger mer, allt för att vi skulle skulle känna oss trygga. MYCKET BRA SERVICE

Städerskan på Amapola ville först inte ge oss handukar, men det kom personlal frpn Playa del golf och gav oss det.

Goede ligging ten opzichte van strand en winkels. Voor de winkels is het wel even 10 min lopen, maar dan zit je ook midden in de winkelstraat welke zeer gevarieerd is. Het station is op 20 min loopafstand. Appartement is basic, maar voldoende en zeer schoon. Dat Sitges echter een dorp is wat zeer geliefd is onder de homo's kwamen we later pas achter...

De herrie in het appartement naast ons van een groep jonge meiden. Gelukkig waren ze een dag later weg. & De dames van de schoonmaak die op zaterdagmorgen al met een hoop kabaal begonnen.
