This small, family-friendly apartment complex overlooks Playa del Inglés beach and the sand dunes of Maspalomas, 200 metres away on Gran Canarias south coast.
The environmentally friendly Apartamentos El Paseo are set beside their own outdoor swimming pool. It boasts a peaceful setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, yet is located just 250 metres from a range of shops, bars and golf courses. A range of water sports are also available in the local area.
These apartments are ideal for a family break in the year-round sunshine of the Canary Islands. Each one opens onto 2 private balconies, allowing you to enjoy the sun in privacy.

The apartment buildings come surrounded by exotic flowers. Here you will also find the outdoor swimming pool, lined with sun loungers – allowing you to lay back in comfort in the year-round sunshine. Some of the buildings also boast panoramic views over San Agustín Bay to the lighthouse in Maspalomas.
Room information
You can choose among 3 types of apartments:
Type B: ground floor with view to the garden and the pool.
Type A: first floor with sea view
Type C: top floor with great views over the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas.
Fully renovated in 2002, all apartments are larger than 45m², have a separate bedroom with twin beds, kitchen/living area, bathroom and two 9m² private terraces/balconies screened off from the neighbouring apartment, for more privacy.
Area information
The amazing beaches of Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas – famous for their wide sand dunes – are found just 200 metres from the apartments. The resort of Puerto Rico is just a 10 km drive away, and the picturesque waterways of Mogán are found 16 km from the El Paseo.
Important information
Please note that 35% of total fee for the stay is payable at the point of reservation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.
