Spacious apartment in a very good location. Good value for money I would suggest going out for breakfast as the restaurant was full of smokers. |

Zeer hulpvaardige staf. Ontbijt goed en redelijk geprijsd. Zeer beperkte keuze van wijn en menu. Kamers hebben echt onderhoud en vernieuwing nodig.Hield de knop van een kast in mijn hand bij opendoen en ook de knop van de douche kwam los. |

Apartamento perfecto para viajar con niños pequeños, bien equipado y limpio, la ubicación para mi gusto tambien es perfecta, aunque no sea el centro histórico de la ciudad. Faltaría una doble ventana en las habitaciones que dan a la calle, se siente algo de ruido. |

- Gute Anbindung in die Stadt, mit Bus und Metro. - Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt am Hotel. Die auch nachts geöffnet haben - Mitarbeiter, die sich nach Reklamation bezüglich des alten Appartments sofort um ein besseres, moderneres bemüht haben. Umzug war sofort möglich. - Die Cafeteria hat nur ein kleines Angebot an Speisen, jedoch frischgepresster O-Saft und guter KAffee zu kleinen Preisen. |

Dicht bij het stadion van Real Madrid (ongeveer 7 minuten lopen). Kamers werden elke dag keurig schoongemaakt en de kamers waren zeer ruim. Het zwembad boven op het dak van het hotel was niet wat ik ervan verwacht had. |

Instalaciones en mal estado. Sin calefacción, ni mantas (al solicitar mantas, nos dieron unas colchas, que no abrigaban nada y estaban estropeadas). El agua de todos los grifos salía sucia durante toda la estancia. |

Gostei da localizaçao, está perto do Metro, tenha várias opçoes para alimentaçao e o deslocamento fica muito facilitado. Sim. Nao existe uma rampa para subir com as malas. O hospede precisa carregar as malas para subir as escadas. |

sehr zentrale Lage, Apartment sehr gross Hotel seit Eröffnung in den 80iger Jahren offensichtlich nicht mehr renoviert worden, alles sehr abgewohnt, Wasser in der Dusche nur lauwarm! |

vicinanza metro pochissima attrezzatura in cucina niente posate una sola pentola troppo grande per due persone, niente bollitore, lampada in camera da letto rotta mobili troppo vecchi e materassi troppo usati inoltre in tv non si prende il canale italiano. |

- Appartement spacieux et confortable avec chambre séparée. - Calme, excepté le passage du camion des poubelles dans la rue quelques fois la nuit. - Vue lointaine depuis la chambre au 12eme étage. - Placards pour ranger. - Mobilier moderne. - Deux lignes de métro à 5 minutes (1 et 10) et bus vers le Prado (27) - Les fenêtres métalliques pourraient jointer un peu mieux. - Les persiennes métalliques doivent proteger du soleil en été, mais au printemps elles gênent un peu la vue, pourtant panoramique côté ouest. - La télécommande de la TV fonctionnait mal. - Suggestion: placer une lampe qui permette de lire bien éclairé dans le fauteuil ou le canapé. |

Que he estado como en mi casa. Creo que habria que hacerle alguna reforma en cuanto al mobiliario y la moqueta, tambien cambiaria la cocina ya que me ha parecido un poco anticuada. Pero en general el hotel esta muy bien. Repetire. |
