very convenient central location near to sea, bus station, restaurants etc. inadequate facilities for self-catering -no oven or microwave. Noisy location at night |

Very nice rooms. A fine roof terraze. Very central but still quiet at night. Very service minded and nice staff.On my next visit to Puerto de la Cruz I will stay at Girasol. |

Det var bennat dygnet runt det är bra. Rummen blev städade varje dag å nya handdukar varje dag vilket är ett måste eftersom det är så varmt å fuktigt där,så man duscha flera gånger per dag. Strömavbrott,så jag fick kasta allt jag hade i kylen å frysen å va tvungen å köpa nytt,tycker att hotellet skulle ha ersätt livsmedlen jag va tvungen å kasta det blev en extra kostnad för mej vilket inte va bra. |

Como siempre la cercanía para todo, al estar tan centrico es un gustazo el desplazarte a todos lados con esa referencia... Deberian ya de una vez pensar en cambiar las duchas de fijas a flexible, asi como ir poco a poco arreglando las puertas |

Bien placé, en plein centre des activités de bord de mer de la ville, pas cher.Petit déjeuner assez bon choix. Très, très bruyant ! Les chambres n'étant pas équipées de climatieurs, ni même de ventilateurs vous êtes obligés de dormir avec les fenêtres/baie vitrée ouvertes à cause de la chaleur. Il est alors impossible de dormir à cause du bruit. De plus: il y a des cafards énormes ! Equipement vraiment pas suffisant : il n'y a même pas de four à micro ondes. Le matelas est trop mou et le lit trop petit. |

la situación es muy buena. El buffet también. el personal,sobretodo del buffet lo mejor. El precio perfecto. no tiene tv en la habitación. No tiene sistema de refrigeración en las habitaciones. La limpieza no es muy buena, aunque aceptable. Es difícil aparcar en la zona. |

Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Myös siivooja oli ystävällinen ja antoi hyviä neuvoja hotellin palveluista. Hotellin aamiainen on todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Myös illallinen on monipuolinen. Ei. Vastaanotto olisi voinut kertoa heti hotelliin tullessa jotain hotellista, esim. aamiainen ja illallinen ja niiden tarjoiluajat. Ettei niistä tarvitsisi kysellä itse. |
