The location of the Apartamentos is very good, in a very nice sector of the city. The worst place I have ever in, the staff was totally unhelpful, there is no elevator from the parking to the building, so we had to carry all of our luggage without any help from them 4 levels up to reach the elevators. The rooms were very badly kept, dirty and the beds were very bad, no padding all springs. Needs renovation and maintenance. |

only its placement in the center of Madrid very dirty rooms; very old furniture; awful architecture - almost all rooms face small internal garden so every little noise in neighbohooring rooms become very big; no real air conditioning - only ventilation that smells |

area fantastic easy access to shops and felt safe yes could not phone from rooms and telephone at reception was told that it was out of order had to go outside at one in the morning when i had an emergensy which was very dissapointing also no kettle in room |

For the location it had fairly reasonable price, large rooms, a usable kitchen Beds were very uncomfortable, too hard. Shower could only be held in hand, bath too small for normal sized person. |

Cet hôtel est très bien situé dans Madrid et bénéficie d'un environnement commercial favorable. Les locaux sont bien construits et les appartements ont des volumes tout à fait satisfaisants; Les locaux sont fatigués, sales et mal entretenus, les rideaux sont noirs de crasse L'équipement de la cuisine est nettement insuffisant (pas de bouilloire, pas de micro-onde) les ustensiles de cuisine sont parcimonieux, la vaisselle et les couverts en nombre insuffisant et le tout usé et ébrèché. Pas le moindre torchon ni rien pour essuyer la vaisselle. |

Bonne situation de l'hotel, quartier central et agréable. Le personnel de la réception est peu aimable, et pas serviable. L'équipement ménager est insuffisant (vaisselle, pas de bouilloire électrique, pas de grille pain, matériel trop ordinaire) Qualité du mobilier à revoir... Ménage fantaisiste ! |
