It was conveniently located for the Metro and local restaurants. The facilities were adequate. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very dark as it looked on to an inner courtyard without a view. |

Centrally located hotel in Salamanca. Near Metro (Linea 5) and lots of bars, restaurants. Easy access from airport. Clean rooms, good size, good kitchen facilities in-room. |

I was very happy with the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, the kitchen area is small but has the basics. The apartment was slightly better than I had thought it might be judging from other reviews, although it is a big building, so perhaps the standards vary. The building does have a bit of a 1960s feel but I quite liked that. Washing up liquid and tea towels would have been useful from the start, the cleaner did leave these after her visit. I would have liked a kettle and toaster. |

my son and I attended a concert at the Palacio de Deportes and it was only a 15 minute walk from here. There is also a Metro station directly opposite with a fantastic link to the airport. There is a supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We would definitely stay there again.Comfortable apartment in the upmarket Salamanca district within easy reach of anywhere in Madrid. |

Reccomend double beds rather than singles... chambermaids started calling me at 8 am checking if I was still in the room, then continued a further three times until I phoned reception and complained. |

Cleanliness. The kitchen facility was useful. We could hardly warm the room, the heating system needs to be improved. |

Location in Madrid ( close to subway and Ehibition Centre ) Furniture is timeworn, TV set too small and the room is really too dark. It would need to be renewed (walls and ceiling). Bathroom & kitchen are OK. |

Laundry facilities; close access to Metro, friendly, helpful staff No coffee pot; no hair dryer, not even for check out from housekeeping; for the price, other hotels offer more amenities. As our luggage was delayed for 6 days, we needed shampoo, conditioner, etc. As a short-term apartment, the facility was good. |

Location, convenience. No water on the day of our arrival (because of work to replace old pipes). Pool was very cold and quite noisy (water jets) - especially overnight. |

Location was great, literally a minutes walk to the metro system which is outstanding in Madrid. It was nice having the pool as we were there in August when it is very hot. Not the prettiest apartments but the location makes up for that. |

It was very cost-effective. Conveniently located to public transport, the room was quiet, and the kitchen facilities were a real money-saver. In addition there was a well-stocked grocery store right next door, and although there was a surcharge for using the wireless Internet, the price was quite reasonable. The television set might have been bigger, or lacking that, at least closer to the beds. The signal from the remote control did not reach that far. |

Location is very good. Subway station is less then a minute away and a supermarket right next to the apartamentos. Apartment itself is clean and spacious. Wifi is 5EUR per day. It would be nice we can control the apartment temperature. |
