Stayed here for 2nd time for Ironman Lanzarote. Excellent apart hotel for price. Lovely staff - not particularly luxurious but perfect for small children. |

nice relaxed atmosphere, staff are great, clean and tidy only complaint is that they are quite noisey, both from other rooms and from the street. |

We loved it's location and staff on reception were very helpful. The apartment was very light and airy as well. We found that the maid service throughout our stay was very poor. The apartment was clean when we arrived but during the week the maid did very little to maintain that. I felt like the floor was not getting washed. We kept the apartment very tidy ourselves so thought the least she could do was make the beds and wash the floors. Other than that we loved everything else about the place. |

Very clean room and friendly staff. Small bar/restaurant serves mostly British food and a few Spanish favorites. Hotel was mostly pensioners with a few 20-30 somethings thrown in. Mostly Brits and Germans. Hotel is hard to find on the maze of one-way streets in Punta del Carmen. It's much easier to walk to it than drive. |

Apartments are first rate, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Also very convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff are pleasant and helpful. |

Huge and confortable room, good situation (and 100 meters from the sea), price absolutely crazy (58 euros per night in july-august, really nothing to compare with other hotels). It was just as good as this hotel could be described on various websites in the commentaries of customers! Hardly only English people in the hotel, could be maybe a bit disturbing for some people? |

The apartments were so central but yet quiet, spotlessly clean & the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.The facilities were great & the food lovely.It's the best. Look forward to going back again soon. |

El hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad/precio.Las habitaciones son buenas/suficientes para ir a dormir. Pedir que no te pongan en la planta baja, si puede ser en la última (tercera).La ubicación en Playa del Carmen es buena, muy cerca del paseo. Sin cama de matrimonio, algunas hormigas en el baño, no ofrecen un desayuno "español" (café, tostadas, bollería, ,...) sólo desayunos ingleses, judías, bacon, salchichas (como en el 99% de los lugares para desayunar de Playa del Carmen). |

Mucho espacio. Todo muy limpio. Una vista preciosa del balcón (recomiendo la habitación 136). Una tranquilidad absoluta por la noche (nada de animación, los vecinos muy tranquilos). Patio interior precioso, con piscina y palmeras. Más al fondo tiene un parque infantil y un corte de tennis. No he visto ni una sola cucaracha. Puede que el agua de la piscina pudiera estar más caliente, pero esto es una cosa común en Canarias, según me explicaron...Por lo demás, no tengo pegas, me encantó todo!!!! |
