The space to spread out was an asset and to be able to make tea and coffee! Wonderful position to access all highlights of Saville.Great value for money. Hard to find! |

The staff were amazing. The Consierge was the best in all of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Europe. The roof top bar was closed the last two nights without prior notice. |

We were placed in Apartamentos Cruces, a sister of the Murillo apartments since Feb this year. They were newly decorated and refurbished and we upgraded to a larger appartment which was excellent. We overlooked the internal courtyard so there was no street noise and the square itself was very quiet with a little restaurant and a bar off one corner. |

Location of apartment was very convenient, right in the old Jewish quarter and close to all the attractions. Service was excellent and room was in fantastic condition, and of a good size. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly Whilst its proximity to the cathedral etc is fantastic, it is extremely noisy. We were staying in the Apartments, the Hotel may be better. It was Fiera week and so that may explain the noise and the exorbitant cost but it was not value for money. |

Staff were very helpfull, checking in and out took minutes. The room was cleaned very well each day, and the air con was fantastic, like walking into a walk-in fridge, lovely. Although self catering, no cleaning utensils provided, would have been helpful. More English television channels would have been a nice extra, CNN drives you mad after a day or so. Little nitpicks, no big problems whatsoever. |

Location was fantastic. Room was cleaned early each day. Excellent air conditioning system. Got too cold so had to turn it off. Would be great during those hot summer months. Bed was too hard; but typical of most European beds (even at 4 Star properties). |

My husband and I stayed in the Apartamentos Murillo for our honeymoon. When we arrived late our first night, tired from our long, delayed trip, a bottle of champagne was waiting on the dining table of our room. Attached was a handwritten "congratulations" card from the hotel manager. This is just one example of the kindness and hospitality we saw throughout our week stay. |

The staff were friendly and welcoming. In addition, they were able to provide valuable information on the tourist attractions. I was quite surprised that they had failed to retrieve the key to the room from customers who had checked out and would be returning at a later time to collect their deposited baggage. |

Just perfect!!! Location (Santa Cruz), size, convenience - cannot wish for anything else. Rates were also in line with other hotels in the area. The only gotcha: if you have a lot of luggage beware that you have to lug it all by yourself - the streets are so narrow that 2 people can barely walk side by side. But it is a 5 mins walk to a taxi stand. Also. |

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, it was an excellent choice and definitely wish to recommend it to everyone who looks for a hotel with excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities in the room 9apartment actually) nothing, everything was very much to our satisfaction and you can trust me on that because I am generally very careful in picking hotels with high ratings on several criteria, such as: location, cleanliness, quietness (not noisy), friendliness of staff and value for money |
