Was lovely place to stay, good security as you had to use an entrance key, one for the lift and stairs and two locks on the apartment door. Another great advantage was that we were 2 min walk from the beach.. We were'nt informed that there was 3 sperate blocks to the Nucleo Cristal apartments, we were staying in section B, which didnt have a swimming pool, the only part that did was section A so was a bit of a disappointment when we got there but if your only looking for a place to eat, shower and sleep, its great! |

Location was nice as it was in between benalmedena and torremolinos so we got a mixture of both and it was only 5 mins from beach. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. apartment wasn't cleaned during the week and towels only changed once. However extra sheets were left in apartment for us to change ourselves. |

It had a view of the ocean though the ugly mishmash of architecture of Torremoilinos. It was dirty with an overpoering smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a non smoking room and was given the opposite! I had to lift furniture onto balcony in an attempt to reduce the stench. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with good location. Cleaning ourselves was ok for us, too. The continuous noisy renovation work in the same building and in the surroundings was annoying (maybe only temporary). Using a gas stove was a bit scary. |

Its locality to services although in January not much open. Hotel was old and dingy, no reception over weekends, rooms heated by calor gas which didnt work for 3 days(it was freezing cold - January), the single beds where very narrow and only suitable for children, pillows lumpy and stained, very drafty as windows didnt fit properly, booked for 8 days but only stayed 4 |

at the hotel in centrum thats all Ok maby it was not very comfort with 2 star but the minumum accomodation was very poor. |

liked swimming pool, key for lift, launderette and internet cafe handy, close to supermarkets, rubbish chute a good idea, railing on balcony was a bit shaky, one chair wobbly and fell to pieces, electric plugs loose on wall. |

Great location mid way between Torremolinos and Benemadena. within walking distance of both along promenade. Close to beach, good pool and garden, both well maintained. Mostly a Spanish area. All the apartments in the complex seem to be privately owned, thus no hotel reception as such. Towels were only changes every 4 days, and you dump your own rubbish etc. I could live with it, but if it's not your thing - beware. Treat it as if your going to a private apt. not a hotel/apt. |

very little, location to the beach i suppose bugs on the bathroom floor that moved into the bedroom also. no air con, although the cracks in the doors and window frames helped keep the temp down....we didnt feel safe at any point especially when 2 men came barging into the apartment at 9am to do 'repairs' - thankfully we had already decided to leave. luckily for us we found alternative accomodation after the first night. |
