It was very close to the beach and I loved the kitchen. We had a bug problem with little ants/fleas EVERYWHERE: bed, kitchen, bathroom. The one day we really needed our sheets cleaned, it was the maids day off. Had to change the sheets ourselves which was fine. |

It is a quiet area of Playa las Am. Close to the beach. Always a parking space for your car outside the hotel. Close to Siam Park and to cheap and ok restaurants. |

The room was quite big, the location of the hotel is perfect if youre seeking nightlife entertainment such as clubs pubs etc.. the hotel staff was very helpful. Its the first time in my life that a cleaner wakes me up dashing in the room with a broom screaming "cleaning!!!!!!" Unbelievable, and when I explained her that she could come some other day cuz I was sleepin she answered me:"if dont clean today (monday) me clean viernes (FRIDAY)"....whaaaaat???? Btw there are coacroaches in the room, but they are very friendly. |

Receptie was bereid, binnen de restricties hen gegeven, ons een kamer te laten wijzgen. Kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. Afstand tot strand is niet al te ver. Wij zijn een gezinnetje met 1 kindje van 6 jaar. De gezelligheid van dit park was gedurende de mei vakantie minimaal. Geen andere kinderen om mee te spelen. Er zou een activiteitenprogramma zijn maar dat bestond voornamelijk uit een bingo avond voor de alom vertegenwoordige spaanse bejaarden. |

Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam 1. Aangeboden kamer was niet zoals op de foto's. Schuifraam hing uit elkaar maar werd onmiddellijk 2 keer hersteld, Canapé werd ondersteund door derde bed. Keukenkast hing bijna uit de kast, kleerkast had geen schuifwieltjes meer. 2 . |

Hele området omkring hotellet, og det, at der er gå afstand til vandland og butikscentre, ned til vandet, så bestemmer man selv om man vil gå til venstre for at se byen eller gå til højre og nyde de hyggelige spisesteder |

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, prima ontbijt+diner. Wij waren uiterst tevreden over de prijs-kwaliteit van dit appartement. Bij aankomst bleek 1 matras volkomen doorgezakt. Kregen prompt een nieuwe matras. Wat een service !! Wij werden ondergebracht in paradero 2. paraiso del sol en paradero zijn van dezelfde eigenaar en liggen op hetzelfde complex. Tbv duidelijkheid kunnen ze beter 1 naam geven. |

Vastaavassa **hotellissa, samassa kohteessa olleen ystäväperheen mukaan huoneistomme oli huomattavasti parempi kuin heidän Cattalyassa ollut huoneistonsa, jossa he tavoittivat mm. torakoita. Huoneiston sijainnilla kompleksissa on huomattava merkitys. Omamme oli lähellä respaa. Booking.comissa mainitut luottokortit eivät käyneet rikkonaisten laitteiden vuoksi maksuvälineinä, vaan maksu piti käydä suorittamassa kauempana saman ketjun hotellissa. |

Es gab viele kleine Tierchen (eine Art Ameisen), die sich extrem schnell auf Lebensmittel wie z. B. Brot niedergelassen haben - nur im Kühlschrank waren Lebensmittel wirklich "sicher" |
