Proximity to the beach. Beautiful pool area, full kitchen and private back patio with table and chairs. Great location for visiting Cadiz, other towns in the area. A little far from grocery and restaurants but we had a car and it was not a problem. |

El apartamento es amplio, con una gran terraza. Todo nuevo y bien equipado. Muy agradable el entorno de la piscina y el jacuzzi. Se encuentra algo alejado del pueblo de Conil. Pocos servicios en la zona. La playa más cercana no es muy buena. Imprescindible coche para poder moverte. |

Moderne ruhige Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, schöner großer Pool, gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand, dennoch ruhig. Viel Platz im Apartement, erholsame Atmosphäre. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, müsste teilweise ersetzt werden. |

El apartamento era muy amplio, estaba completamente equipado (microondas, menaje) y la decoración era nueva, coqueta y estaba en perfecto estado. Estaba situado en un primer piso con lo que proporciona más intinidad en su distribución y disponía de una terraza particular con sillas, mesa y sombrilla. Las zonas comunes, piscina y garaje estaban muy cuidados. Nada, estaba todo perfecto. |

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub. Wir hatten das Übersichtsfoto so verstanden, dass die Anlage direkt im Meer liegt. Dem ist allerdings nicht so. Zum Strand muss man ein kleines Wohnviertel durchqueren. Es sind jedoch lediglich ca. 300 Meter und wir haben es als keine größere Beeinträchtigung empfunden, insbesondere da das Viertel sehr ruhig und schön ist. Vielleicht haben wir uns beim Anschauen des Übersichtsfotos auch nur... |

Het was over het algemeen slecht. Het enige goede was dat de receptie wilde werken aan een korter verbrlijf. Dit deden wij omdat het totaal niet voldeed aan een volwaardig verblijf. Zeer goedkope bouw. De appartementen zijn net schoenendozen.Super, super gehorig. Aan beide zijde 'connecting doors', waardoor je elk zuchtje van de buren hoort.Er is een heel klein plaatsjes met een open schutting waardoor je ook direct op de buren kijkt. Je begrijpt: totaal geen privacy. Wij noemde het als grap pieDRAMA (ipv Piedramar) en hebben ons verblijf direct verkort. |

Ruim appartement. Heerlijk voor met kinderen. Niet ver van prachtig strand. In de omgeving diverse stranden: leuk om te bezoeken als je een auto hebt. Als je geen auto hebt is het wel ver naar het centrum. |

La ducha, el jardin- terraza. El mobiliario y vajilla. Mucho ruido procedente de otras habitaciones: Arriba , Al lado (a traves de la puerta que comunica ambas) y a altas horas. Habria que mejorar el aislamiento. Recomendable si se quiere tener limpia la vajilla diariamente que la limpie el personal de limpieza o se dejen productos para ello: detergente , etc... Mejorable: antena TV en el dormitorio |
