the location was perfect to all the sights of sevilla the apartment was small but had a great balcony overlooking the catedral in the middle of the best part of town |

the architecture, the shopping, the bars, the gardens, the walking, the etc etc etc etc we had to move, due to building noise, but it was well handled |

Great concept, a comfortable family apartment in the center of the city. Beatifully located next to the Cathedral. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very spacious. New interior and furniture, all high quality No dishwasher. Impossible to find the appartment by car by yourself, or even with a GPS. Ask for a routedescription in advance, or take a cab / follow a cab. |

The apartment is very clean. Staff are kind. Don't forget the additional fee! "A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30 is payable for stays of 1 night only" I missed this discription when I reserved the apartment. You have to bring garbage out by yourself. This is a bother. Some of the pictures on the website are not true. I saw only a small part of the cathedral from the top of the apartment. It is difficult to adjust the temperature of the hot water. Expensive. |

Fantastic Location in a Brilliant City. The loft apartment was beautiful with tasteful furniture. To be woken at 9:00am to the sound of the Catedral bells was something else. Will stay here next time we visit Seville. |

We liked the location of the appartment and the decor and facilitities available to us. We did not like the noise at night which went on until past 03:00am and kept us awake. For this reason only, we would not stay at this hotel again. The appartment was excellent and could not fault the room or facilities within, however, a good nights sleep cannot be beaten and this is the main major reason we would not reccommend the appartements to friends or family. |

Apartment (studio) has top quality fit out.You get exactly what is advertised. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Roof top terrace is a bonus. There is no lift but the staff took our heavy luggage up and down. |

L"appartement est idéalement situé pour visister le coeur de Séville.Au calme,équipement de très bonne qualité ,décoration agréable et soignée.Personnel attentif et efficace.2 terrasses agréables dont une avec vue superbe sur la Giralda. Stationnement èloigné mais inhérant au fait que le coeur de Séville est piétonnier. |

la cercania haca todos los edificios historicos de la ciudad muy centrico cuando se oferta un estudio de 35 m2 , y luego en relidad son 19 m2 utiles contando con el aseo , con vistas a un patio de luces interior al precio que cuesta me parece ,que deberian dar una informacion veraz por que cuando llegas y te encuentras ese tipo de estudio no es lo que te imaginas ,deberian avisar que no tiene vistas , que el servicio de limpieza va aparte con suplemento , no cambian... |
