Nice and quiet location near metro station so really easy get aroud. Simple but comfortable room for two but with extra bed (no cost) it was ok with our two kids (1 and 3 years). No elevatror, which we knew. You have to be ready to carry your baby trolley to stairs up. |

It was close to the metro station Encants which made it easy to travel around in Barcelona. It was also only a 10-15-minute walk to Sagrada Familia which we walked to several times during our stay. And since the hotel was placed in a quiet "back alley" and hence didn't have our room directly out towards one of the main roads, it was quiet during night time and made it easy to fall asleep. The bed was too short and too hard. I mentioned that to the person at the counter/reception, but they couldn't do anything about that apparently. I am 187 cms tall and with a bed of only 170-175 cms it wasn't too pleasant to sleep. And since it was so hard, my hip wasn't too happy when I woke up. And when we were out of toilet paper the cleaning personell didn't replace it. |

El recepcionista muy amable y que en la habitación no hacia frio.Es una zona tranquila, segura y muy cerca de una parada de metro. En cuanto a instalaciones y servicios es algo limitado, esta bastante viejo, el jabon del baño era escaso y el olor bastante malo, los platos y cubiertos estaban algo sucios y no habia esponja para fregar, solo funcionaba un fuego y habia muy poca luz. |

A localização, o respeito ao silêncio nos corredores, o atendimento na gerência/recepção e o tamanho do quarto. As instalações do banheiro precisam de reforma, por exemplo: faltava onde prender a ducha para q ela funcionasse como um chuveiro, a reserva de água quente era insuficiente para dois banhos consecutivos e a iluminação no banheiro era precária. |

Dans une rue calme, grandeur de la pièce, personnel d'accueil, rapport qualité/prix. Problème avec les prises de courant qui ne marchent pas très bien.Les clients de l'hôtel devraient bénéficier d'un rabais sur le prix du parking (23,40€ par jour) c'est très cher!! L'hotel n'est pas très cher mais le parking oui donc l'un dans l'autre c'est pas une si bonne affaire!! |
