It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel staff were kind enough to store our luggage while we traveled to another city before we came back to the hotel. We had 3 people in the room with 3 single beds. It would have been nice to have a double bed so my wife and I could sleep together. |

Good location, near to the metro station from where city center and airport is 15 minutes away.If want to be self-catered, supermarkets are near, also one open till 2.00 a.m. If you have room with "street view", it can be little noisy.Kitchen equipment is poor, very basic. Especially missed some pot to boil water. |

Good location. It really takes about 10 or 15 minuts to the city by underground. And the metro station is very close. The accomodation was very clean. Our apartement was next to the elevator and it was quite noisy, and the neighbours' noise sounded to our apart. |

Its location is perfect for my business and leisure, because it's close to a Metro station, and takes me 15 minutes to Ifema (Convention Center) and a little more to go to Madrid's center. |

Room was cleaned every day to a very good standard, staff were very helpful. We were given a twin room to begin with but we had asked for a double room, swapping rooms was not a problem. Also it was no problem for them to give us a wake up call and book us a taxi on the day we were leaving. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro Station and supermarket. Our only problem was that the glasses and plates in the cupboard were not clean on arrival. Now we had no problem in cleaning them ourselves after we had used them but we think the staff should have checked that everyting was clean for our arrival. |

Location was convenient for our purposes. Parking in the underground area turned out actually to be convenient for car access since it was a simple elevator ride from our floor to the car. The reception staff were friendly and knew enough English to help us. Comfortable. Quiet for being in the city - no sirens, horns and little traffic noise. Some amenities were not consistent between rooms. Initially, our refrigerator was too iced up to use. Our second room had a good fridge, did not have a microwave. No washcloths provided (this may be a European thing). For a one week stay, it is hard to buy basics like salt, sugar, cooking oil. It would help if such items were provided. |

Good value, kitchen in room, less then 10 minute walk from metro to room, internet and shower worked well. A little noisier than I would have liked. No BBC or CNN news. |

De adminstratieve afhandeling was oké. We hebben genoten van de frisse lakens en het de schone natte ruimte. De ontvangstbrief werd als attent ervaren. Het frisse water in de koelkast is een aardige geste welke wij dan ook zeer gewaardeerd hebben. |

отличный отель для туристов в мадриде. до центра города 15 минут на метро, до метро - 200 метров. большой номер, удобные кровати (единственный минус - две кровати, а не двойная), чисто, аккуратно, в целом все хорошо. минус только один и незначительный - нет кофеварки и очень скромный набор посуды - на троих уже не хватит никак. но при цене в 45 евро - очень достойно. |
