We have booked this hotel on your site, but when we arrived staff told us that they don't have room for us and asked us to go to another hotel. |

forced to pay in advance for whole stay, two days of cockroach invasion in restaurant (floor, walls, juice dispenser) and corridor, almost every night shouts and yells till 2-3 a.m. by the pool bar (till midnight after a few calls to reception desk), internet 6 euro per hour (1 euro "on the street"), blocked AV in the tv sets (impossible to play movies from ipod ) sometimes uncooperative repdesk |

Our room was very big and with a balcony, where we spent great time Would be nice, if room`s cleanness whould be improved and absolutly necessary that hotel would buy more irons, during our 11 days stay we weren't lucky enough to rent one, though a reseptionist was so nice that borrowed for us an iron for one hour. |

Las habitaciones eran amplias. Mucho ruido de fondo a todas horas especialmente por las noches. Lo repititivo y escaso del buffet. La falta de espacio en las piscinas. La cocina totalmente obsoleta. |
