Very central for sightseeing. Staff were really helpful in providing extra bed on demand & with directions & recommendations for restaurants. High standard of cleanliness in apartment. Only quibble was outside noise audible in room - perhaps to be expected in a city! |

Most of all, the comfort of having separate rooms as we were travelling with children. A little maintenance is needed (microwave, shower cabin temperature knob had to be set as low as 15 degrees in order to get water at 37 degress) |

Perfect location (middel of shopping and restaurant area), quiet street, good mattress. three supermarkets in the same street (direction San Mames) that are open from 9am-9pm (disregard other peoples remarks concerning closed or unfindable super markets) Although a perfect shower unf no bath. Kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival, but was taken care of after request. |

Excellent location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Very high standard of rooms/furnishings and plenty of space. 3 person apartment had 2 separate decent size bedrooms (one single, one double), plus separate living room, kitchen and bathroom and it cost no more than a single and a double room in the cheapest hotel. Also there was an excellent bar and restaurant in the hotel. Considering self-catering should have been an option (excellent kitchen with even a washing machine and dishwasher), some printed information, with a map, would have been useful on location of nearest bakery/grocery shop etc. We couldn't find any so even had to go out to cafes for breakfast, drinks etc. |

Free internet access in the business centre. Great apartment, very comfortable. Fantastic bathroom Location isn't great; 20min walk to Casco Viejo; no restaurants/shops nearby where we could buy water/essentials or have something to eat when we arrived on sunday night. All shops were closed! No teatowels/dishwashing liquid provided, as tourists on a short break I really don't see how the hotel can expect us to buy our own! |

The location is very good, the bathroom is very spacious, the AC worked perfectly. Also the self-catering option was blessing as eating out all the time is not that easy with a 3 month old baby. We liked everything, we just would've liked to had wireless internet acces rather than using the wired one! |

Very central,very well equiped to a high standard,good size.Shower was outstanding My two teenage sons will not share a bed,and there wasno matress or campbed to be hired/borrowed -we did not realise that the only option for them was a double bed before booking-this would have affected my decision to book |

The appt was very comfortable and the desk staff were fantastic I think there should be a small amount of dishwashing liquid etc because when you are on a city break you don't want to take or buy these products |
