It is a nice hotel with a cosy and familiar atmosphere, not far from centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Breakfast is very good. They have to work on their professionalism. They give as a wrong room, and on the other room we have to wait for towers a few hours. On breakfast there are no person who speak english. |

Near to city center and the beaches. Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast. Kitchen poor equiped. Not enough air in the night because it not allowed to open windows. The view from the window wasn't good enough (studios). |

Nous avons aimé énormément la tranquilité, l'éspace et la vue de l'appartement ainsi que les jardins. Le personnel hôtelier a été très aimable. Les chats qui rodent en permanence à l'éxterieur. |

Me quedo con una buenísima opinión del hotel y con intenciones de volver pronto. Sólo tengo buenas cosas que decir: trato del personal excelente, el entorno es especialmente bonito, los apartamentos espaciosos e impecables, la tranquilidad del hotel te hace dudar de que estés a menos de 5 minuntos del centro de la ciudad...Repetiré, sin duda. Me ha gustado todo |

Buona colazione, camere pulite Attenzione! I letti (sfondati) non hanno le lenzuola, dopo una lunga discussione sono riuscito a farle mettere!!! Camera umida anche se al secondo piano... Atención! las camas (desfondadas) no tienen sábanas, después de una larga discusión soy exitoso a hacerle poner!!! habitacion húmeda aunque al segundo piso... |

Muy tranquilo y buen trato. La cama... Hacia mucho ruido!!! Fui con mi pareja, y para dormir, aquello era un infierno. Por poco que te movias ya sonaba. Tambien tengo que decir que era un "Estudio" no un apartamento. Por lo demás, todo ok! |

Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Park mit Pool. Wir waren überrascht von der Ruhe trotz seiner Lage am Rande der Innenstadt. Von den grosszügigen Terrassen genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. |

Las vistas desde la habitación: mar y Pico del Teide. Un apartamento muy grande. Jardín y azotea muy agradables. Tranquilo y bien comunicado. El apartamento no dispone de calefacción, sólo un calefactor en el baño que no sirve para nada. Fuera de verano el apartamento es frío. Cocina mal equipada, apenas hay platos y utensilios. |

Hotellirakennusta ympäröi kauniisti suunniteltu, vehreä puutarha, jonka keskellä uima-allas. Erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö, hienot näkymät (mm. Teide-vuorelle). Oma, suuri terassi tuntui luksukselta. Muutoinkin tilaa runsaasti. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas, usein ulkona nautittuna samalla puutarhanäkymästä nauttien. Huoneisto tuntui melko viileältä iltaisin & öisin, koska lämmitystä ei ole (ajankohta: helmikuu). Sisustus (mm. valaistus) oli riittävää ja asuminen tuntui kaikin puolin kodikkaalta. Tosin sisustustekstiilit (sohvakangas, verhot mm.) eivät olleet minun makuuni, jotenkin jäänteitä 80-luvusta...pienillä uudistuksilla saisi tyyliä lisää. |

Lo spazio, la posizione, il giardino, le rifiniture nelle camere, la gentilezza del personale, la prima colazione. E' già stato il ns. secondo soggiorno in questo hotel; purtroppo questa volta, nei servizi della ns camera mancava il bidet |

Proximité de la ville dans un endroit très agréable. Le jardin et la piscine sont très jolis et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Pour 40 euros par nuit nous avons eu un petit studio. Malheureusement il donnait sur un mur et le lit faisait un bruit infernal à chaque fois que l'on bougeait. D'après ce qu'on pouvait entendre apparemment les locataires au dessus avaient le même problème. L'hotel est essentiellement réservé par des allemands ainsi, le personnel ne parlait ni anglais ni français. |

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, dennoch kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum. Schöne Bepflanzung. Freundliches Personal. Offenbar hohes EInbruchsrisiko (Terrassentüren sollen stets geschlossen bleiben! Aber Bewegungsmelder z.T. defekt!). Schwierig zu finden. |
