The restaurant and bars adjoining the premises were fantastic for food and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool was maintained daily. Out of the 7 days we stayed there, the first 4 were spent smelling a sewerage blockage in the drains. The smell was awful in the apartment. Not a good place to go if you want a quiet holiday as it was a working marina and the bars / fair nearby could be heard til the early hours. Disappointed that we had to pay 30 euros for parking in their carpark for the week. |

The apartments are perfectly placed looking out over the marina and next to the beach. Its unique architecture means it that stands out from the other high-rise concrete buildings. When we arrived at night it was a bit difficult to find reception. |

The proximity to the town, the view from the "garden" balcony (when useable) and the food / service of the associated Vene Vidi Vici restaurant. There are two sides (literally) to a stay in this hotel. Our stay was totally ruined by the boat maintenance facility on the back side of the hotel. During our stay, anti-fouling paint was contuously being removed from boats parked DIRECTLY under our bedroom windows and sea facing balcony. |

We were pleased with the apartement. Very nice rooms and clean and bright very good for this price. Very good location in the center. Could be more equipments in the kitchen. |

Good apartment with a good amount of space. Enough room for four people but not more. Good place to stay if your in Torrevieja. |

The apartment was clea nand comfortable with plenty of space. Havng the bar and restaurants on site was very convenent, and only 5 minutes walk to the main part of town. The view over the pool and marina was relaxing. |

The view over the Marina was wonderful, good size balcony, plenty of room in the apartment. Crockery and Glasses very poor condition. Towels changed only every fourth day - very bad, needs to done daily. No room service during our three night/four day stay - needs to be at least every other day. |

Astiat, kattilat, kulhot, tarjoiluvadit; niitä oli todella niukasti, vähän , mikä hankaloitti ja rajoitti paljon ruuan laittamista. Jääkaapin pakastelokeron ovi oli poissa! Ei ollut puhtaita pöytärättejä, ei astianpesuainetta. Vessasta, kylpyhuoneesta tuli todella järkyttävä HAJU.erinomainen sijainti. |
