Great position in relation to public transport, it's walkable into the main parts of Madrid. The room was very roomy. The room was nice and big but the facilities weren't in good order. The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower holder didn't work so you had to hold the shower head, the shower screen had a 1" gap between the bath and it causing the floor to get very wet and the light fittings on the bedside lamps weren't attached securely. |

clean and quiet room, nice bathroom, good location, breakfast was ok terrible beds, some staffmembers were very friendly but others were not friendly at all, kitchen wasn't complete no waterheater or pans. You can ask kitchen items at the reception but we still didn't get anything. not really good value for money! |

The staff was amazing and there for any need that you ask of them. It is a great location near the Royal Palace and shopping and restuarants. The apartment hotel rooms are spacious with a separate living room/dining area and a very small kitchen but perfect to make breakfast! Hotel is wireless, has AC and CNN on the TV. Will stay there again. |

The location was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable. Apart from some plates, 2 cups and a few items of cutlery there was no kitchen equipment. akettle would have been nice. |

it is very centrally located.Close to all transports. You can walk to the harbor and Las Ramblas. Very, very convenient. We liked the room decor. The staff was not very amicable or eager to help. |

The kitchenette was such an added bonus! We saved lots of money by just eating in the room. Also, the location was absolutely ideal. A certain member of staff was not very helpful at all, and was rather rude. |

The hotel was very conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from the nearest Metro station - Arguelles and also a 2 minute walk from El Courte Ingles. Takes about 8 minutes via metro to get in to the centre of the city - Sol. Felt very comfortable in the area as it is mainly a residential and shopping area so had absolutely no problems at all. Nothing really - maybe only a lack of tourist leaflets in reception... everything else was spot on |

excellent bath, nice size room for Europe, excellent location you could walk to metro, walk to go shopping. The staff at breakfast area were extremly nice and even offered to help with a tray when I wanted to take breakfast to daughters and wife to the room. Room service could improve with very simple things I know they can implement. |

Staff was very friendly. Hotel located in good location close to 3 metro lines with easy public transportation connection to the airport and central Madrid from the Arguelles Metro Station. Also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Parque del Oeste which has a nice playground for young children. |

location Had to try three rooms to have both the light and internet working. The first room they had selected for me was very small and was not an apartment as advertised. (apart from a kitchen in a closet; no table in the room) |

nice big rooms, big bathroom, a kichenette, a microwave and a fridge, good bed, aircondition only one thing: no pots, no kettle/caffe machine - according to the info they were avaliable at the reception but we found the info a bit too late. I would suggest a kettle or coffee machine to be a standard equipment. |
