Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen (as is frequently the case) was spartan but adequate for our needs. The decor was acceptable although a little shabby in parts. The location is fantastic. Get an apartment overlooking the main pool. Let down by a few cracked tiles and shabby furniture. |

the hotel was in an excellent situation in Puerto Santiago and we liked the fact that we could come and go when we wanted to, without any restrictions. Yes, most emphatically. On our previous holiday there, we were in Section G. That was excellent. This holiday we were put in Section D. The music around the pool until 5pm at night was deafening. |

It's really very nice hotel with friendly staff. The best price for Tenerife! 10 minutes of walking to the beach. No billiards after 9pm. But it is trifles :) |

Watching people hanging around the pool at 08:30 waiting for the beds to be unlocked so that they could 'bagsy' them. Cleaning seemed a bit hit & miss. Would clean 3 days in a row then nothing for the next 3 days |

All inclusvie great value for package, 2 bars all drinks included, food served 3 times a day + 2 snacks between. Not enough space around swiming pool for sun beds. No bus from airport south, taxi about 45-50 euros |

Ihanaa ruokaa ravintolassa. Hyvä palvelu. Siisti hotelli. Mukavasti kukkia yms. istutuksia. Meidän makuuhuone oli kadun puolella joten vilkas ilta/yö -liike häiritsi kovasti. Kun olimme siirtyneet nukkumaan olohuoneeseen (uima-altaan puolella), jonkin ajan kuluttua alkoi kuulumaan diskobaarin musiikin äänet jotka ei loppunut kun joskus myöhään yöllä. Ei saatu kunnolla nukuttua koko loman aikana. |

siempre voy alli,es un buen sitio para relajarse y disfrutar en familia.en mi caso con mi pareja,nos encanta, siempre lo mismo,llamas para reservar y siempre hay cambios en el precio,tambien me ha pasado de querer ir un fin de semana y no querer darme habitación porque solo reservan un numero determinado de dias,3,4 o los que se les ocurra!esto no puede ser,me gustaria se arreglara este tema. |

Hyvä hinta- laatu suhde. Hyvällä paikalla ja lämmitetty uima-allas. Huoneessa perusvarustelu ja keittomahdollisuudet. Kahvinkeittimen sai lainata. Ohjelmaa joka ilta. Yleisilme hieman vanhahtava ja kulunut, mutta siisti. |
