Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung des Apartements war hervorragend und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Apartement lag sehr zentral. Absolut empfehlenswert. |

zentrale Lage in der Stadt, Nähe zur Metro, zumindest ein Zimmer ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen, Einrichtung funktionell und modern, kleine Schäden wurden sofort behoben |

The proximaty to the centre of madrid with the main shopping street approx 8 mins away. No receptionists on Sundays, had to wait 20 mins to get in. |

Cleanliness of apartment, hotel staff was friendly. There was a binder for us with important information, city information, tourist information. I thought that was very helpful. We were under the impression that we were getting 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. We were travelling as 2 couples. We were disappointed when we found out that there was only one bedroom with a bed large enough for 2 people and the other room had a small bed big enough for 1 person. |

Everything was great at Apodaca Apartments. The girl at the reception was very friendly, helpful and kind. Our apartment was exactly as expected, full-furnished, and with everything we could need during our vacations in Madrid. The location was the greatest...near to the shopping center and to many bars at the same time. Couldn't expect sth better than this. |

We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed being in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Be sure to call the apartment staff an hour before you arrive to be sure someone is there to greet you. |

location, staff. design of the apartment, comfort 1. the noise and parties at some apartments during nights, when no one from the office is there so you have to suffer or to deal with it yourself 2. no television in English besides CNN and sports 3. Cleanning only once a week. I think a service should be offered for extra payment. |

The apartments are very modern, well equipped and tip top clean. People who run them were very nice, spoke fluent English and offered to keep our luggage after check out. The location is very good: central, close to metro and there are enough shops and restaurants around. The price we got would be hard to beat too. We booked two apartments with two double rooms each, turned out each apartment had one double, one single and a retractable sofa in the living room that could serve as a double bed. It wasn't a problem for us though. |

I liked the location of the apartments,close to nice restaurants, bars shops and the metro. It was ideal for a large group. We had 2 apartments, which where bright, spacious and very comfertable. |

I like the space in the apodaca apartment....and the decoration.. I.....I was sure the Apodaca Apartment had a Bathroom....to take a bath....but Unfortunatly not....... Only shower.... |

Large area, good service and staffs were very helpful, convinent location - very close to metro. Noisy at night, the speaker connected to the main entrance sounds all night, my friends cannot sleep. The lift is out of service when I check out (just feel very unlucky) |

Very spacious moder apartment.The location is optimal betwen beeing in few minutes walk from center and at the same time in a quiet quarter. Very clean and all you need for a comforting relax after bussy day out. The only noise was from the neighbors, and not from the street. But was in the limit of acceptable. |

The location is very convenient, and the accomodation is very spacious. Staff were friendly and obliging. The main reason I chose to stay at Apodaca was that friends of mine were already there, and we wanted to meet up for one evening. The refridgerator had not been used, and did not smell good. |

The apartments are situated in an excellent position between two main metro stations. We found the location brilliant, only ten minutes walk to the Gran Via. Although there was noise from the front bedrooms it was nothing unusual than you would expect from a capital city. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The apartments fantastic. Comfortable and spacious. |
