Nice scenery and view of the mountains. Personnel staff at the spa were rude, not very polite in comunicating. Did not allow children to go in spa with parents. |

Everything (we did not eat there). The rooms, service, quality of facilities, staff, onsite free parking was just great. We had a view of the town below, including castle. The staff was extremely helpful in showing us hiking trails which we took and enjoyed immensely. No, it was all wonderful. |

The views. The space (large rooms and hotel common areas) We had to get drinks for the Bar/Irish pub area and carry them back to the hotel lounge area. Bar service was very slow and a noisy environment. |

Spacious rooms, modern design of hotel, very good restaurant and spectacular view of Aracena. Breakfast buffet not on par with the hotel. Main bar closed in the afternoon. Small meals not available around the clock. Amex not accepted for payment. Swimming pool for children in bad state. |

El confort en las habitaciones, las vistas al exterior, la amabilidad en el trato del personal. La calidad de los servicios. Los precios de los platos son excesivos y los mismos muy elaborados, quizás debían ofrecer platos típicos del lugar en forma de degustación y más al alcance de todos. En el spa había dispositivos que no funcionaban dentro de la piscina de masajes. |

habitacion, personal, ubicacion, bar el circuito de spa un poco dejado con algo de suciedad en fondo de piscinas y alguna instalacion del mismo estropeada. El agua utilizada en el riego matinal del cesped que rodea a la piscina exterior no deberia escurrir o caer en la piscina y ellos saben el motivo. Con esto pretendo hacer una critica constructiva |

Het eten in het (naastgelegen) restaurant van het hotel. Aan het begin van het verblijf sprak het personeel geen woord engels. De bediening in de bar was niet vriendelijk. In het weekend was er ander personeel, deze spraken wel engels en waren vriendelijk. |

ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht, prima restaurant, leuke ierse pub met terras en uitzicht op Aracena mooi groot buitenzwembad dat in juni nog niet gebruikt mag worden ondanks temperatuur van meer dan 30 graden en binnenbad waarvoor betaald moet worden. |

Gostei do quarto com a vista magnifica sobre a cidade de Aracena! O pequeno almoço deverá ser bastante enriquecido. A oferta é má e não corresponde à categoria do hotel. Outro ponto negativo a salientar é a utilização da piscina: Chegámos num dia de muito calor e não nos permitiram o acesso à piscina. Não me parece razoável esta situação tendo em conta a época do ano em que estamos e a localização do hotel. |
