friendly staff, easy on-site parking location, too far from main area, not easy to navigate hotel, got lost a few times, only stairs to drag luggage and push pushchair down, no ramp. |

The hotel is not close to the subway. It took us more than a 10 minute walk. We were first given a room where construction took place next door. The area is poor. No restaurants or cafes nearby. |

el servicio y atención del personal y las infraestructuras del mismo las camas supletorias. deberían cambiarlas ya que no corresponden con el nivel de calidad que tiene la habitación. el somier es de muelles. |

Instalaciones, es centrico que para una ciudad como Madrid es interesante. Que cogi dos noches por 124€, y al anular una de las noches con la antelacion suficiente me cobraron la friolera de 92€ |

Las habitaciones parecen bastante bien insonorizadas y no se oían ruidos de otras habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba a pesar que en la página web decía que tenía. En recepción nos contaron una milonga sobre legislación de medio ambiente que no se la creía ni el lo inventó. |

La habitación era amplia y confortable. El servicio fue correcto: pedimos en dos ocasiones dos cosas que nos faltaban y nos las trajeron en seguida. Hemos encontrado a faltar bidet en el baño y el somier cuando te incorporabas de la cama, hacía ruido. |

Es un hotel acogedor,ademas si no quieres gastarte mucho en el desayuno hay una cafeteria en la puerta muy acogedora que ponen desayunos y combinados y no es cara. |
