I think a trouser press would be useful,I also think that,if you wish to attract international travellers you should have a couple of English channel on the TV besides the news.Otherwise the hotel was good and the staff were very helpful, thank you.I have stayed in the Stirling highlander Hotel in Scotland which is a Barcello. |

our stay was really good and very comfortable and relaxing was a drive away from the centre of town and required driving or taxi service to go anywhere for something to eat or do away from the hotel complex |

The hotel is very modern and pretty. We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite upon arrival for an extra 60 euros per night. This included free underground parking (although we were two couples in one car so that was kind of a waste.) We later found out that there was perfectly good plentiful free parking available right at the curb of the hotel. However, the suite was beautiful (nothing junior about it), and the bathroom spectacular! Very modern, glass enclosed separate huge shower, incredibly large programmable jacuzzi with every bath product you can imagine including a rubber ducky. Tremendous fluffy bath sheets. Spotlessly cleaned and refreshed every day. Our last stop on a busy three week trip, this was a welcome relaxing finale. Location was kind or remote if you came without a car, but the casino was right across the street. Nothing else around but the shell of a future shopping center. Hotel was virtually empty and felt like a ghost town. Halls on the hotel room floors were very dark because lights were on motion sensors that went on as you approached and off immediately as you passed. A little scary. Spa was only available from 6:30 to 8:30 pm (when we were ready to go out) |

We only stayed for one day and night.Big hotel but clearly very well run. Nice large and comfortable bedroom. Excellent swimming pool.If we had stayed longer we would have spent time exploring Aranjuez but would have needed to drive in or get a taxi. Also a large Casino next door to hotel which looked inviting.Reception staff particularly were very helpful. The range of food was limited and disappointing for such a large hotel.. The main restaurant was closed on Saturdays(the night of our stay). Alternative was a B B Q or 'snacky' food from the bar area. Not easy to find the hotel (Sat Nav did not have full address as it was in a newly developed area). |

Buen desayuno, habitación muy amplia. Muy tranquilo. Gimansio nuevecito, padel y golf.
