Beautiful and calm beach is just in front of this hotel!! Staff were kind and capable to help our day-trip. Breakfast was good. Nice room. Also there is a swiming pool and a gym room. From here, you can go north or south of Lanzarote. We recommend this hotel. We should have stayed a little bit longer... |

Not very much except the low cost. The staff were not helpful, the breakfast was scheduled to be open until 10, but was closed before and any guests remaining were made to feel uncomfortable... very poor customer service. |

La ubicación junto a la playa y en una zona céntrica y animada. Baño amplio y moderno, terracita con vistas. El desayuno buffet es el peor que hemos conocido y con diferencia, incluso que en hoteles peores (primera vez que nos quedamos con hambre): muy muy mala calidad de productos y poca variedad (bollería industrial, embutido del peor, churros y bollería del día anterior incomibles, etc.). La habitación, salvo los pelos de la bañera, estaba limpia al llegar pero en los cinco días no limpiaron bien el baño ningún día. Además tuvimos que pedir gel de baño todos los días. |

Modern hotel van alle gemakken voorzien, goede locatie, prima uitgebreid onbijtbuffet, gratis zwembad en fitness met zonneterras op dak, gratis WiFi. Prima uitgangspunt om eiland te verkennen! Grartis parkeerruimte in omgeving lastig te vinden. Wel betaald parkeren in ondergrondse garage bij GranHotel (schuin tegenover Lancelot). Aanbod van winkels en restaurants in Arrecife zeer beperkt. In de bekende toeristencentra is dit natuurlijk wel goed voorhanden. |
