Good breakfast and countryside setting in breakfast area. Excellent restaurant too. My room maybe a little bit small and the shower head does spray water very well (rm 203) |

There was a free parking . To go to the town there is a bus stop in front of the hotel every hour till 22u15. The breakfast was good but we could'nt have diner but there is a restaurant.nearby. The hotel staff was very helpfull for our problem how to reach the airport and the gasolinera There was no airco in the bedroom . |

Beautiful view of the city, you could hike to the funicular (20 min) to go downtown (another 15 to the Guggenheim). Attentive staff, well done rooms, great value, nice breakfast, free wifi, would I stay again-absolutely! |

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Views from the hotel are fantastic. The hotel is situated in a quiet position, yet it is easy to access Bilbao. Avoid the restaurant next door, we did not have a pleasant experience there. |

Hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were bi-lingual and very helpful. Hotel situation extremely panoramic giving a stunning view of Bilbao. Easy access from Hotel to Bilbao Ferry Port. The lack of proper restaurant a little disappointing. |

I liked the green areas surrounding the rooms and the great view of the Bilbao City. The area to have breakfast was very small. The breakfast was poor. |

perfectly situated on top of Bilbao, nice view over the city; short drive by car - 10min - to the city; nice family run hotel, very nice people, good breakfast; tennis court for free!!! parking directly at the hotel room smelt a little bit after smoke - guess it was a smoking room before; it was a bit too cold in the room |

although not in the city center, it is very well situated to visit Bilbao (public transport, good walk on foot) and you can park your car for free. Garden with nice views. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value breakfast. Lovely view overlooking Bilbao. Easy to take funicular down into the town and leave car at top. Returned three weeks later on spec. It cost more and the room was inferior, also the breakfast and staff were not so good . |

Setting of the hotel, its surroundings and views. The building itself, which is in a traditional Basque style but recently built. Free parking is a bonus. It is rather hard to find initially, and there is little choice of eating places in the neighbourhood, especially at weekends. |

View, very friendly staff, Hotel not very easy to find, even with a town map (town maps, especially google maps) don't show that the hotel is at a top of a steep hill. |

plesant location overlooking the city with a 3km downhill walk to the centre and the three back up!! (there is a bus). Staff were very helpful and pleasant. First room offered very small bed so mover to another slightly bigger but not much. Room smelled of smoke first day even though it was none smoking. Second day strong smell of disinfectant. Room was hot and no fan or airco.Breakfast, in small foyer, was fine but one had to wait as limited number of spaces. Restaurant did not open Sunday and then only at 21:00 Monday. Nothing else in walking distan |
