Excellent, comfortable large rooms very well appointed. Staff were very welcoming, decor and facilities were extremely good. Will stay at the hotel again when next in that area disappointed that the restaurant was not open on the evening of our stay. |

well placed, easy access from the moter way plus own parking disabled facilities in the room were non existant, having reserved a room with adapted bathroom ,we found none, but we were switched to a suite with more space to use our wheelchair, but luckly my husband could manage without bars by the toilet, but this could be a problem for others. |

The only positive thing about the hotel was the fact that it was close to the office. The hotel feels old and cheap. They claim to be a business hotel, but without wireless internet and no unpaid internetservice from the hotel lobby. The internet cables can be requested at the reception, the only problem is that there are never any available. There is no bar in the hotel. The restaurant has no atmospere. Breakfast is as the hotel, cheap and not tasty. |

The hotel was great, nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the airport on weekdays which we were counting on. The shuttle driver was on "holiday" while we were there so we ended up having to take 2 taxis to the airport (for 3 people and luggage) which cost more than the room itself. The hotel staff were not at all accommodating on this problem. Basically said that's tough luck. We were very displeased! |

Convenient to the airport, right near the mall and restaurants. Staff was very helpful The hotel should also have a shuttle from the airport on weekends and we were with our kids and we would have liked a pool even if it was indoors |

It was a lovely new hotel with spacious rooms. It felt very isolated. There was nothing nearby except a large shopping centre. The view was of the motorway. The hotel was very difficult to find as it was badly signed and it was difficult to get from the hotel to the airport. |

L'hotel est bien situe pour se rendre a Madrid par les transports en commun et a l'aeroport (10mns).Le bus en face del'hotel toutes les 20 mns, metro ensuite.Il est impossible d'aller a Madrid en voiture.Hotel calme, garage compris dans le prix de la chambre, tres appreciable. La piscine est sur le toit, le lieu n'est pas tres agreable, manque d'equipements et de decoration pour que le lieu soit convivial.De ce fait nous y sommes alles 1 seule fois.Pas de bar, ni de personel a cet endroit. |

Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, ontbijt uitgebreid, kamer (superior) en badkamer zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, goed bereikbaar vanaf vliegveld Barajas, ook als men een auto huurt, vrij parkeren. Parkeerplaats is niet direct bij het hotel, maar voor in- en uitladen kan men de auto even bij het hotel parkeren, winkelcentrum met restaurants op loopafstand. Niet tevreden is niet de juiste omschrijving, het restaurant was nog niet echt in gebruik, slechts voor eenvoudige lunches of kleine gerechten, zou in de toekomst verbeteren. |

Es un hotel moderno, confortable, de fácil acceso desde la autopista. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy buenas. Nada. Salvo que cayó una tormenta increíble y se inundó la recepción. El agua entraba por los ascensores, caía de los focos de luz. Fué subrealista. El personal intentaba achicar el agua pero no tenían recursos. Fué un pequeño caos que duró bastante tiempo. |

Nähe zum Flughafen Madrid Barajas (15 min. mit dem Auto), von dort auch S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Neben dem Hotel sehr großes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Restaurants, Supermarkt und Kino. Schönes Hotel mit Pool auf dem Dach. Da das Hotel neben der Autobahn liegt, ist es natürlich bei offenem Fenster laut. Cafeteria des Hotels hat anscheinend nur vormittags auf, aber es gibt Kaffee- und Getränkeautomaten. |

El servicio de transporte gratuito del o al aeropuerto de Madrid. El centro comercial directamente detras del hotel. La recepcionista fue muy atenta y útil. La relacion calidad/precio esta muy buena para la tarifa del fin de semana Que el servicio gratuito del transporte del o al aeropuerto solo hay de Lunes a Viernes, no el fin de semana. |
